This Penthouse Unit is ideal for people who enjoy sky views. It features an unobstructed, 360 degree view of the Oceanside Harbor and the Pacific. It is extremely private, access to the floor is restricted and it's very quiet. The photos really do not do the property justice.
The master bedroom is suitable for two adults, while the Guest bedroom features two twin beds. The twin beds can be conjoined upon request.
It features everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. For those who wish to cook occasionally, the kitchen is stocked with spices and basic necessities.
Absolutely no parties or large get-togethers are allowed in this unit, and the maximum occupancy limit is STRICTLY enforced. There are noise rules as well, so as to not disturb the neighbors. Unfortunately, we will no longer be accepting pets.

1. How far is the unit to the beach?
Our condo unit is located directly on the Oceanside Harbor. It takes a short walk, down the elevator, through the Harbor, to get to the sand. From door to sand takes approximately five minutes.
2. I want to stay for 6 days, what is the rate?
Our rate is a flat $180 per day, $1250 per week. If you need a rental for more than 30 days, the rate goes down. We do not adjust rates for any reason, including weekends and/or holidays.
3. Is my requested date available?
Please click on the calendar link below. It is updated with all currently confirmed reservations. If your dates are not in red, they are available.
4. What is the cleaning fee?
There is no cleaning fee unless the unit is left in a condition other than which it is received. The fee will be based on the level of cleaning required.
5. Are there any other fees?
No.
6. Is there any entertainment nearby?
There are six restaurants within walking distance that I can recommend, all on the Harbor. There is a movie theater in downtown Oceanside about 5 minutes from the condo. The Oceanside Harbor offers all sorts of entertainment, including fishing, jet skiing, kayaking, and more.
7. How long does it take to get to San Diego?
Approximately 35 minutes.
8. Are pets allowed?
No.
9. Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, the minimum stay is 7 days.

Why the Owner Chose Marina Towers
We did not buy a vacation rental. This unit is for myself and my family, and only recently did I decide to start renting it out.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our views are unmatched by any property in San Diego - period. I enjoy staying here because of the Harbor. Me and Zoe like to walk down to the Nautical Bean (a coffee shop) enjoy coffee and walk along the beach in the morning on weekends.
