This was our second time staying at this condo and it was better than the first! The condo is so nice and all the comforts of home. It is close to the beach so our family can easily walk with all our stuff and if you rather just have a pool day it is right down stairs. It is just a wonderful place for a family vacation. Rocky is so helpful and he makes sure you have everything you need. My only regret was not staying 2 weeks!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

WE STAYED THANKSGIVING 2010 THERE , GREAT PLACE , ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME IN THE KITCHEN . WE ENJOYED THE SCREED PORCH IN MORNINGS WITH A CUP OF COFFEE. NO NICER OWNERS TO DEAL WITH AND REC. SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK WITHIN 4 DAYS . WE PLAN ON CONTACTING OWNER AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. VERY CLEAN PICTURES DONT DO JUSTICE

We truly enjoyed our thanksgiving holiday in the condo. The kitchen had all the comforts of home, and the updated appliances were great. Nice to sit on screened porch and listen to the ducks in the morning while enjoying a cup of coffee, The master bedroom mattress was so comfy great place to take a nap. We hope to visit again in the summer if available.

My family went on a 2 week vacation this year and enjoyed our time immensely. First, the owners are nice and friendly to deal with before and after the stay. The condo is conveniently located to the beach and all amentities in Kingston. The condo was comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances. We hope to return.
