This unique property is located in the community of Hillsmere on the water. The 2-story house is an A-frame-type house with lots of shade trees, a lawn, deep water dock with easy access to South River and a short drive to downtown Annapolis. It is walking distance to the community beach on the Chesapeake Bay and to Quiet Waters Park. Great as a Washington DC getaway house. Deck, patio, and 2 car garage. In summer, one month $2500/mo. $4000 for 2-month rental. Ideally, we're looking for monthly rentals during summer and winter and 1-2 week rental over Commissioning week in June.
