Fully furnished Annapolis waterfront house for rent from December - April. Also available for US Naval Academy Commissioning Week and during the summer months, preferably for the whole summer.
This unique property is located in the community of Hillsmere on the water. The 2-story house is an A-frame-type house with lots of shade trees, a lawn, deep water dock with easy access to South River and a short drive to downtown Annapolis. It is walking distance to the community beach on the Chesapeake Bay and to Quiet Waters Park. Great as a Washington DC getaway house. Deck, patio, and 2 car garage. Ideally, we're looking for full winter and full summer rentals, as well as one-week rentals over Commissioning week.
