Why the Owner Chose Waterscape
We are excited to be a part of the new Waterscape development in the Okaloosa Island area as it offers unparallel amenities in this vicinity (see amenities list for detail). When we vacation we look for properties that have a new, fresh feel to them. This can be achieved if a complex is in fact new but is also possible if the right property management and owners council is in place. The last thing a guest (or us) wants is to arrive in an atmosphere that has not been kept up...it can ruin a vacation. We actively participate on the councils to ensure the opinions of our guests and ourselves are heard. We also own units in Miramar Beach (The Crescent) and Santa Rosa (San Remo) on 30-A and can honestly say this approach has worked. To us, there are no better beaches anywhere and it's hard to beat the food. Hope to see you!

This attractively decorated condo was conveniently located and easily accessed. Parking was very convenient. It was chilly and wet when we were there, so we did not take advantage of the outdoor facilities, but the gym was excellent. The rooms have room darkening curtains which were wonderful. Having 2 rooms with king sized beds was perfect for my husband and I and my daughter and her husband. My 23 year old son who is 6"1" got the bunk room. It was small, more like a walk-in closet and didn't have a window, but he slept very well on the bottom bunk. It did have a door for privacy. The cookware and dishes were plentiful, but bring your own salt and pepper and spices if you plan to cook, as there were none available. Overall this was a great stay.

Awesome condo and Linda was great to deal with. We booked late and she had no issue getting us all the paperwork. The Condo is well stocked with everything you will need for a fun filled relaxing stay. Waterscape is a very nice, very large resort style condo building. A117 is and easy walk from the parking garage which we liked. The resort is kept very clean and has something for everyone (adults to infants). We have a 7yr, 6yr and 9 month old, they all enjoyed the lazy river, the zero entry pool and the kids pool on the upper deck that is designed for smaller children. The beach is awesome. The sand is amazing and they groom the beach at night. We didn't pay extra for the beach chair service as we didn't know about it, but the nice guy working the beach chair hut let us use one that was not reserved. Everyone we dealt with at waterscape was very helpful. Things to do in the area, we did a dolphin cruise with AJ's sea blaster. Very fun, use the SEE magizine coupon. Floyd's at the boardwalk right next story to waterscape/gulfarium, $9.99 all you can eat shrimp, tasty! Drive over to Destin, rent a pontoon boat for full or half day. If you plan it right, drive over to pensacola naval base on tuesday or wednesday for the Blue Angels( check their webpage for dates). They practice at 8:30am, leave waterscape by 6:45 so you can get good seats. Panama City Beach for a dolphin swim at Gulf World. Or just hang out at waterscape and use the grills for pool side dinner. All in All, Linda is fantastic, the condo is fantastic. This has to be the nicest condo in waterscape! Will return next year.

We visited Waterscape for the fourth time and this is the nicest condo we have stayed in so far. The owner was very easy to work with and very professional. There are two master bedrooms and the owners have taken the time to tastefully decorate the unit. In addition the unit is very close to the pool and beach access. We plan to return again soon. FYI to anyone concerned we did not see any signs of the oil spill and the beach was clean!

Just returned today from a week at Waterscape A117. We had a great experience. The sand and ocean were beautiful. No oil. Wouldn't have known there had been an oil spill if we had not watched the news . Condo was great & was very convenient to the pools, beach, and parking. Terrific week for our family!

My family and I stayed here back in May. We have vacationed at Waterscape many times. However, this was the nicest of all the rooms we have stayed in. The condo was beautifully decorated. Linda Highfield was very helpful in booking the condo. I would certainly rent this condo again in the future. Thanks for a great trip!

We stayed at Waterscape over the 4th of July---It was the first year they shot fireworks off from the Okaloosa pier--The condo's patio faces the pier, incredible show! The condo itself iis in a perfect location to parking (1st floor) and to the pool access. The 2 master bedrooms were very comfortable and well appointed. The "bunk room" has a door that creates basically a 3rd bedroom (we had my 2 year old daughter's crib in this room). Great stay (NO sign of Oil at all!). Highly recommend Waterscape and condo.

We just returned from a weeks vacation at Waterscape and are already talking about our return trip next spring! The condo itself was beautifully decorated and exactly as pictured. The kitchen was fully stocked and all the rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Although the condo does not face the courtyard with the pools, it was nice to return to the quiet of our room and we actually appreciated being away from the hustle and bustle. The reservation process was quick and easy and I found Linda Highfield to be very helpful and professional. We will definitely be back next year!
