Welcome to our home away from home! Our condo is newer (built in 2000) and has been well cared for. Used exclusively by the owners and our carefully chosen guests. Never part of a rental pool. For your enjoyment, the unit is kept well stocked with needed supplies. We are conveniently located on the 1st Floor, with elevator access from the ground-level parking garage. The unit is all on one floor, no stairs! Master has a comfortable California King Bed. Master Bath has a jetted tub, separate shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet. 2nd Bedroom has a queen Bed. Third Bedroom has a double bed and two twins. Enjoy views of Bald Mountain, and afternoon sun from our covered veranda. Full 2nd Bathroom.
We have a nice selection of entertainment options such as TV, DVD and VHS players. Extensive movie library. Ipod Speaker systems. Games, Toys for the Kiddos. We have portable crib, umbrella strollers, high chair, and baby backpack available. There is a large (8 people +) Hot Tub on the premises, along with a private workout room with weights and exercise equipment.
Our unit is less than a 5 minute ski/walk to the River Run Ski Lodge and GONDOLA, and you can walk to the center of downtown Ketchum in 5 minutes. For summer time, River Run is the place to be, as the only lifts/gondola running on the mountain are from this location. Starting in November 2009, the new Sun Valley Gondola will be open, with year around day/night service to the historic Roundhouse lodge and restaurant. This Gondola is a short 5 minute walk from our front door! We are just steps away from the 48 mile Wood River Bike Trail system. On the bus route. Flyfishing on the Big Wood River is less than a 5 minute walk from our unit.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Ski to Lifts, 5 minute walk to center of downtown Ketchum. Flyfishing just a short walk away. 48 mile Biking Trail just steps outside our door. Our unit is single story, with underground parking. Hot Tub, and private workout facility on property. The unit is completely furnished and stocked for your immediate enjoyment.
Short ski/walk/bike ride to access the ski lifts at River Run. Starting in Nov 2009, this will be the launch point to Sun Valley's first gondola with rides to the Roundhouse (mid-mountain).
Dollar Mountain is the kids mountain, but a fun place for skiers and snowboarders of all ages. Beautiful new Lodge opened in 2007, and home to an outstanding ski school.
Just steps out our door is access to the 48 mile long system of biking trails.

My wife Laurie and I live in California, but are frequent visitors to the Sun Valley area. We purchased our condo in Ketchum to have a comfortable place to stay when we visit. We have three children who enjoy all that the Sun Valley area has to offer. Since the distance prohibits frequent week-end visits, our place is vacant substantial portions of the year. We are selective renters to minimize wear and tear. Most of our rental clients are repeats from year to year.

This was our first trip to Sun Valley for a family wedding. Everything was perfect in this condo. It is well stocked and beautifully appointed. From the moment we contacted the owner until the day we checked out, everything was handled with ease. The location was ideal as we walked into town every day and the bike path is within a stones throw. Even though we had a lot of wedding activities during the week, we found time to enjoy the beauty of Sun Valley in the summer. The Pioneer Saloon was a big hit as well as Whiskey Jaques for the adults in the group. The owner recommended a drive to Red Fish Lake and we hiked near there. It was beautiful! We would love to return some day soon.

This lovely home is an excellent location for everything. 2 moms, 4 teens, and 5 days of amazing skiing with fresh powder every day. Then coming back to a tastefully decorated, well appointed home with all the amenities you would wish for and it has them all! The kitchen has everything you need to make your meals and the grocery store is minutes away. The hot tub was HOT and convenient and the kids could even walk home from the movies. Thank you, Thank you, We will come again. Everything was PERFECT

Our family stayed at this sun Valley condo in June of 2010 to attend a family wedding. Our family has visited Sun Valley yearly over the last 20 years as we are part owners of a family vacation home located in Haily. The wedding party was staying in that home, so for the first time in 20 years, we had to find accommodations of our own. The location of this condo is perfect! We walked to town daily, the river an easy stroll away, and the view of the mountains awesome from the private deck. On top of that the condo is beautifully decorated and amply stocked. The Furbers were a pleasure to work with and answered all of our questions promptly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

"Summary, in a word - perfect. Great location – quiet; lovely view of the mountains; a short few- hundred yard walk along the trail path to the River Run Lodge; and close enough to Ketchum that we walked to dinner twice. Very well maintained Condo with a nice interior layout; beautifully decorated; nice home-style amenities; and covered parking. I am a former resident of Ketchum/Sun Valley from the 1970s and visit the Valley often although not in recent years. We recieved wonderful assistance from the rental coordinator as well as the owner who informed us about new activities and new restaurants and confirmed that our old favorite bars, restaurants and shops were still popular. Overall, a great experience made even better by a wonderful place to stay and the owner's hospitality. "

Our family shared Thanksgiving holiday together in this warm and comfortable condo. So well stocked, easy and functional kitchen, nice to cook meals in. The condo is clean and crisp with luscious bedding, comfortable cozy seating, a great family environment but romantic for couples as well! The interior decor is so pleasing and well incorporated to make your stay even more pleasurable. Our 19th month old grandson was with us, so nice to have the baby needs on site and available for us to use. So generous of the Furber family to provide these items. Looking forward to going back soon. The new Gondolas, fondue and wine at Averrils on the mountain is the best! Aloha and Thank you! The Birtcher Family.

We have stayed at the Furber condo these past four years during the month of August. This condo is absolutely the best from the comfortable feeling you get the moment you step inside to the cozy "Pottery Barn" atmosphere displayed everywhere. We love this place and always feel right at home, probably because this condo features everything one would need during a vacation stay. Plus, the beds, couch and chairs are amazingly comfy! You can walk anywhere if you want, and the possibilities are endless when it comes to eating and entertainment in and around Ketchum. But, you really don't have to "go" anywhere since the condo kitchen is well stocked, and you can grill outside on the cute porch and star gaze while rocking in the rocking chairs sipping some local wine.

This was our first visit to the Sun Valley/Ketchum area and what a treat to stay in a condo that is family friendly, clean, accessible, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The extra amenities are a nice touch as well. The location is ideal to access the many activities to choose from. We had an incredible time and truly enjoyed the comforts of the Furber condo!

We have made return visits to this roomy, comfy, well-decorated condo. It has a great location, handy to River Run, Ketchum/Sun Valley restaurants, shopping, and the much sought-after 30-mile walking/biking trailand Wood River. The kitchen has every convenience and entire condo has many personal extra touches, luxurious bedding, thick towels,fancy soaps, gas f/p, two TVs with VCR/DVDs, plus kid's room movie TV, Baldy view, and best of all: elevator from covered garage to the all-on-one-floor condo! Nice large patio facing Baldy with wooden rockers and large new barbecue. It even has screens on LR and Master BR French Doors and front door for summertime, fall, and spring stays. This place has everything one would want!
