The home was completed just one year ago and features all floors, counters and showers in the finest granite and marble. Completely furnished with quality new, very comfortable beds from the US. The second floor walls retract and disappear, opening the second floor living and dining areas to the ocean. The master bedroom has French doors that open onto a private balcony with a view. There are stairs that will take you to the 3rd floor outside level were you have amazing 360 degree views. The pool and Jacuzzi are beautiful. You will not be disappointed with this property. The TVs are flat screen plasmas with DVDs. The DVD collection contains almost 100 titles (all current). The home is completely landscaped. There is a hotel quality water filtration system in place as well as a 10,000 liter cistern. The home has a full alarm system and a key fob will be supplied during your visit. You will find a Mexican cellular phone in the kitchen and can buy minutes at almost any store. With Telcel cellular you don't use your minutes on incoming calls, only outgoing.

Very relaxing. The views are beautiful and the beds are comfortable. I love having carne asada on the bbq, sipping a cold one, and sitting by the pool!
