Over 3100 square feet, granite kitchen and bar that seats 11. Twin plasma TV's in family room and pool table room. Stereo system with satellite radio, DVD and outside speakers. In the family room there are two soft leather couches that recline for ultimate relaxation. High-def cable also.
The family room and pool table room are separated by a huge granite bar with own "mini" fridge. The plasmas in both rooms view the same channel or movie as well as separate speakers in each room.
There are 5 bedrooms. The master is large with a cherry king sleigh bed, couch, love seat, plasma, DVD and stereo system with record player! In the master bath, you will get a walk in closet, shower with sitting area, Jacuzzi tub and two sinks.
2 other rooms have kings beds as well as an exercise machine. 1 bedroom has 4 bunk beds, and TV with DVD for kids.
The downstairs room is a dedicated video game room. It's painted black with a 42" plasma TV, Xbox 360 with full rock-band kit and PGR 4 with steering wheel and pedals. There is a black couch that folds out into a small bed.
The backyard has a huge BBQ with attached island and mini glass fire pit. There are 8 barstools with an umbrella. There is also another bigger fire pit with lava rock and a sectional couch to sit around it. Outside speakers also. The pool is 40X20 feet with a tanning ledge that is 8X15 feet and 18 inches deep. There is an umbrella holder and plastic chairs that can be put in the pool. We also have a diving board that provide hours of entertainment for kids and adults.
The spa is elevated and attached to the pool via a waterfall that lights up at night. The spa will hold 10 people comfortably.
There is a BMX track for kids (or adults) that features a pump/roller section, table top and double jumps.

Why the Owner Chose Talavera
The weather is great year round. It gets hot in the summer but with the big pool and dual air conditioners in the house, it's not a problem. We like to dirt bike ride and there is tons of riding behind our house or world class riding 30 minutes away.

It is a true vacation home with tons of fun stuff to do. Nobody ever wants to leave.
