Explore Sicamous in the winter, situated in the heart of a family winter playground. There are endless miles of snowmobiling for all skill levels in the nearby Monashee Mountains, featuring high elevations with deep powder, tons of x-country ski trails, and world class downhill ski and snowboard options within an easy drive. Try Silver Star outside of Vernon, Sun Peaks out of Kamlooops or the Revelstoke Mountain Resort that features snow cat and heli skiing in addition to more traditional runs for all levels of boarders and skiers. For a relaxing day, visit some of the local wineries.
The condo is a ground floor, corner unit with 1162 sq. ft. of living space, and two underground secure parking spots. It is fully furnished including patio furniture and gas barbeque. All linens are provided. There is a full kitchen with dishwasher and icemaker, and laundry facilities are located within the suite. There are two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and it sleeps 5-7 people. The master bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a spacious walk-in closet.
The shared pool, hot tub and putting green (open only during the summer months) are just steps from your door, and there is an excellent restaurant nearby. Shopping and the public beach/community park is a 5 min. walk. There is every outdoor activity you could imagine within a short drive, including golf, go-karts, skateboard park, rock climbing, horseback riding, rafting and hiking; and don't forget access to the famous wine region of south/central British Columbia.

Why the Owner Chose Sicamous
We have been vacationing in the area for over 10 years. When this small condo complex was built on the channel - one of the safest mooring locations on the Shuswap - and a ground corner unit was available, we decided to jump right in and purchase it. We love the wildness and mountain location of the Shuswap Lakes and can't think of a better place to spend the summer or a better location from which to ski and snowmobile.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We love the ground floor unit where loading and unloading can be done directly behind the back door. The corner location makes the unit bright and inviting even on dull days.

I just wanted to let you know that we really had a great week at your beautiful condo. It was really nice to be away from the Edmonton weather that blew in while we were away, and just to have a chance to relax and enjoy ourselves for a week.
