Walk into the spacious back yard with palmetto palms and swim in the large in ground pool while friends and family relax and play on the surrounding pool deck.

Of course, a privacy fence completely enclosing the entire back yard and swimming pool complex provides you, your family and guests the privacy and seclusion necessary for a restful and relaxing secluded vacation in new pool furniture and lounge chairs.

This classic beach home has a two car enclosed garage. The spacious second floor Great Room is enclosed by wall to wall windows for enhanced ocean vistas.

The voluminous Great Room has uncompromised open space to comfortably contain a pool table, entertainment center, large family dining table, and restful leather sofas for your entire party and guests. Wireless Internet is available to keep in touch with the world.

A large open adjoining kitchen includes new appliances, dishwasher and all the bells and devices to turn each meal into an effortless vacation. A gas grill is conveniently located on the second floor sun and party deck in order to grill your steaks or fresh caught seafood for dinner.

A large clothes washer and dryer are hidden from view by retractable folding doors when you entertain friends and family during your beach vacation.

This home is truly spacious, comfortable and has ample bedrooms to accommodate the largest families in privacy with exquisite comfort. Three bedrooms are comfortably located on the second floor.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed with an adjacent bath and shower stall. A second bedroom contains a queen sized bed with a walk through bathroom connected to a third bedroom which contains spacious room for two sets of bunk beds.

The first floor comfortably accommodates the largest of extended family and close friends. All four bedrooms on the first floor have been redecorated.

Three bedrooms have king size beds, and the children will enjoy their own bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Two bathrooms are located on the first floor.

Ceiling fans are everywhere for enhanced indoor comfort. New air conditioners provide the perfect indoor temperature for your comfort. An outside beach shower is available for your children to wash off beach sand prior to coming inside or continuing to the spacious backyard pool for a swim.

This beautiful beach house is located in the second row of homes right in the middle of “Millionaires Row” on the Isle of Palms. A short walk across Ocean Boulevard leads to a wide sandy Carolina beach and the gentle waves of the Atlantic Ocean.
