It has 1-Queen Bed in Bedroom and 1-Queen aerobed available to set up in the Living Room. Hardwood floors, New Kitchen with Granite Counters and Stainless steel appliances. There is a Washer/Dryer in the Closet, Enjoy the two decks. One overlooks a private Garden with Vegetables & Flowers in French intensive flower beds and another deck is off the Master bathroom overlooking the Ocean.
Just off West Cliff Drive & Short walk to the Santa Cruz Wharf and Beach Boardwalk. 3-car off street parking. No hot tub or pets.
