Great quiet lake house overlooking but away from the water

Big, clean house with 4 bedrooms, a game room, two decks and plenty of yard overlooking Brookville Lake from high on the bluff. Half a mile walk to access the water, either down the drive or 300 yards down the hill on trails. Plenty of room for kids and active fun, including grilling and firepit. Plenty of opportunities for other stuff like boating, fishing, horseback riding and just chilling out. Quiet and as comfortable as you could want. Worked great for an extended family retreat.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children.
