Your entire family can enjoy a little bit of paradise in this beautifully appointed 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with sleeping for 8. Overlooking the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, the Beach House is located on Scenic Gulf Drive (formerly Scenic Hwy. 98) and features 650 feet of beachfront — the largest beachfront per unit in the area. From the balcony of this fully furnished unit, not only can you see the Gulf and the breath-taking sunsets, you can watch the activities at the heated outdoor pool, kiddy pool, gazebo, and the boardwalk to the beach. Other on site amenities are complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas, lighted tennis courts, clubhouse, game room, exercise room, barbecue grills(gas and charcoal), and shuffleboard. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on each floor.
There’s a king sized bed in the master bedroom, two full size beds in the guest bedroom, and the living room sofa converts to a queen size sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen will meet all your dining & culinary needs. Cable TV’s with DVD players are in the living room and each bedroom to help entertain the children after sunset as well as wireless internet access.
The Beach House is located less than half a mile from the Silver Sands Factory Outlets (the largest designer outlet mall in the southeast), grocery store and pharmacy. It is also near numerous golf courses, water parks, restaurants and other shopping facilities. There is always something exciting to do either at this condo or nearby.
And, if you are an early riser, you can often see a school of dolphins heading west every morning between 5:30 and 6:30. They make their return east about the same time each evening. A truly phenomenal site to see!!

We chose the Destin area because of the beautiful beaches and the easy one day drive from the Midwest area. The location of this condo is near many restaurants and world class shopping.

There are over 400 holes of golf within a short driving distance. The Destin harbor is exciting and vibrant with many restaurants, bars, entertainment and shopping

Having grown up the the St. Louis area we were looking for a great beach destination within a day's drive from home. We settled on the white sand beaches of Destin and the Emerald Coast.
