I am a Residential / Commercial Builder who purchased this property as a family vacation home in 2005. I've designed and supervised all of the renovations myself, as well as the landscaping, and meticulously maintain and care for the property myself.
Why the Owner Chose Cape May
We chose Cape May for its family friendly atmosphere, the multitude of activities and the laid back shore lifestyle. My family and I really enjoy spending time here in the off- season and hope our renters feel as relaxed and refreshed as we do after even a brief stay.
The Unique Benefits of this House
One of the most enjoyable benefits of owning the property is the opportunity to be together as a family without all of the distractions of the work week. All age activities like water sports, biking, even strolling the historic neighborhoods on the way to lunch or dinner means that nobody is left out of the action.
