Casa de Tyler is a condominium home on a one level jungle garden with a large swimming pool and Palapa with grill. There are no steps. It is in a gated community. This is the most relaxing setting. Our beach access is a private pathway for our condos only. A 1/2 minute walk. The beach is breathtaking and very secluded. This is the Caribbean Sea. The wildlife is incredible. Parrots, Iquanas, Coatimundi, all kinds of birds. Giant sea turtles nest on our beach. They come back to where they were hatched. It's an amazing nature event.
The owners live on site in Casa de Chase. So if you need anything, it's not a problem finding some one to help you. This, guests find to be VERY important since we are a little away from everything. You will have your own private patio with table and chairs and hammocks. This is a place you would come with your family or for a quiet get away with some one.
Even though its close to Playa del Carmen and Cancun, it is very different. Puerto Morelos, the small town between Cancun and Playa del Secreto, is a laid back fishing village with interesting people and great restaurants. Only private homes are located in Playa del Secreto. When you are on the beach, you may or may not see another person.
It is considered The Secret Beach to the locals.
PLAYA DEL SECRETO
The small town of Puerto Morelos is 5 minutes away and several(9) really great restaurants are there. Also, a small grocery store. No one is trying to braid your hair or sell you anything. However, there are great places to shop.
Playa del Carmen is 20 minutes drive and is action packed. Also, there is a ferry from Playa del Carmen to Cozumel that goes out every hour. Of course, Cancun is about 25 minutes away if you want to party, explore or shop. But its always nice to come back to your own secret beach..

- Flat screen TV with HBO and cable channels. Also, large DVD collection. We have broad band internet service. this is the only villa in this complex that offers internet service. The king sized bed has a memory foam mattress. The kitchen has everything you need including Italian cookware, cookbooks , cutlery, etc.
