Our house address is 5119 East Sandlapper Street. We take pride in our beach house because it is clean and beautiful. Our home is decorated beautiful and you will enjoy your stay.
Our house rents from SATURDAY til SATURDAY. This house is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath house, with washer and dryer. The kitchen is furnished and has a dishwasher. There is one TV in the house located in the living room. Beds: (1) queen, (1) full, (1) sofa makes a full bed, (1) half size crib. Sheets are available at the house, but must be washed and put away upon departure. Bring your own towels, laundry detergent bath supplies. NO smoking or pets allowed.
Golf Car: must be 16 years old, with a valid drivers license, to operate golf car. Ocean Lakes Security us very strict with this policy. If a ticket is issued, the owner will lose golf car privileges for one year.
Beach chairs are located in the box behind the house. Please clean and put back before departure.
Cleaning supplies are located under kitchen sink. Please clean before you leave because someone else will be coming in after you and will appreciate it being clean and this will insure you receive your $50.00 deposit back. Grill on porch is OK to use. Please make sure to turn off gas at the tank when finished.

I chose to purchase a vacation rental property at Ocean Lakes because I wanted to take a chance at rental property. I loved the house and where it was at and decided to take a chance.
