Why the Owner Chose Mauna Kea
My family loves the big Island of Hawaii. The weather is awesome. It does not have the wind associated with Maui, it does not have the rain associated with Kauai, and it is not congested like Oahu. It has a beautiful mix of resort areas and natural areas.

This property is located on the Mauna Kea Resort which includes the Hapuna Hotel and Hapuna Golf Course, the Mauna Kea Hotel and signature Mauna Kea Golf Course, the world reknown Mauna Kea Beach, and access to some of the finest shopping, entertainment, and dining on the island. All of this comes with the privacy of spending your time in a private residence within walking, driving and shuttling distance to the amenities.

After visiting and vacationing all of the Hawaiian islands, it was easy for me to select my very favorite location--the Mauna Kea Resort. My husband and I were vacationing at this resort a few years ago and found that Mauna Kea had sold a portion of the land to be developed into Condominiums, Villas, and Homes. We were thrilled and immediately purchased a condominium to be built. We love our place and hope everybody staying at our place gets just as much joy out of it as we do.
