This house is a great rental value!
Spacious and tranquil just begins to describe this unique house. With incredible sweeping views of the ocean and tidal marsh, the beach is only a short one-minute walk on a wooden bridge. The tidal marsh is beautiful and creates a peaceful buffer zone from beach noises and other homes.
The generous top floor is an airy bright Great Room with vaulted ceiling, skylights and access to two balconies. The gourmet kitchen has a granite island and countertops, a six burner stove and breakfast bar. A gas grill is located on the deck bordering the kitchen, a perfect place for happy hour while watching the steaks grill or watching the sun rise with a hot cup of coffee in the morning.
The dining area has a large table that comfortably seats ten and the living room area has a TV/DVD, an ideal place for the family to gather to watch a movie or sports. The stereo in the living room can play CDs or attach your laptop or IPOD to play MP3s. There are speakers throughout the house with individual volume controls in many rooms.
Three elegant master suites provide luxury and privacy. One is located on the top floor and two are on the 1st floor, all with decks to enjoy the spectacular view. There are large bathrooms in all suites and two have spa tubs. The other 2 bedrooms, one located on the top floor and one on the 1st floor, also have private baths. All bedrooms have overhead fans.
A large covered porch, on the 1st floor, provides additional space for entertaining or to relax and enjoy the view and tranquility.
The Den, located on the 1st floor, has a large TV/DVD. Perfect for watching a movie or for kids to connect their video games, it will keep the sounds of the excitement and competition from the rest of the house.
