This 3550 square ft home + 400 sq ft studio is on 1 acre surrounded by 5 acres of woods and a creek, on a foot trail down to a foot traffic only beach, yet still on the edge of our small town with all of the conveniences (5 minute walk to the market, cafes, museums, & art studio)!
