My home sits about 20 feet from the Moyie river and there is 300 ft of frontage at your disposal.

** It has a wrap around deck with a Hot Tub that over looks the river.
**There is great fishing. If you are a fly fisherman it is a dream. I usually step off the deck and catch around 5 brook trout and rainbows in a matter of thirty minutes.
**It is a three bedroom home that can sleep 8-10.
***I have put in a high definition Movie Theater in the fourth room. Bring your favorite videos and check them out on the 106" screen with amazing sound.
**Wildlife is all around. Elk, Deer, Moose, Eagles, and Humming birds. Come scout for your next hunting trip. The hunting is plentiful.
** It is located just below the border and next to the Duty Free's.
** Three amazing mountain lakes are just within your reach. I catch bass, crappie, trout, & perch.
**Use the boats provided to hit these lakes or use the pontoon boats to float the river.
**Grab an inner tube and a beverage and float the river.
**2 miles away is Copper Creek Falls.. Amazing beauty.
**Dirt bike, Quad, 4 x 4, Snowmobile, Mountain Bike, Hike, Snow shoe are all available no trailering necessary.
**Go to Feist Creek 5 miles away and grab a beverage, shoot pool, listen to live music. They have amazing food.
**Three miles away is Good Grief Cafe known for their great pizza. In addition, they have the necessities in case you run out.
**Casino 30 minutes away!
** Go huckleberry picking just up the mountain.
**Canada is 1 mile away.
**Golf is 30-45 minutes away.
**This would be an amazing site for a riverfront wedding or honeymoon!
**Great place for family reunions.
**Ask about guided fishing trips.
**Skiing is 1 hour away. Schweitzer and Red Mountain
Bottom Line: once you are here its hard to leave. It is a true paradise..

The wild life is amazing. Any time you look out a window you often will see wild life from deer, elk, eagles, geese, humming birds, and moose. The fishing off the property is a huge plus.
