Our Frisco vacation home has recently been upgraded with top quality slab granite kitchen and bath countertops, GE Profile stainless steel appliances, fresh paint and new carpet. It backs to Town of Frisco's Meadow Creek Park and trout pond with beautiful mountain views in every direction. A small creek runs along two sides of the property.
The three spacious bedrooms plus bonus room, three baths can comfortably accommodate nine. Master bedroon has new California King bed with all new linens. Queen beds are in two bedrooms, (one of the bedrooms has a queen plus twin bed), queen bed in bonus room. Rollaway beds are available for additional sleeping options. An extra large, well equipped kitchen provides a convenient space for meal preparations. Two sitting areas are on main level.
A short walk across the park leads you to the Frisco Shuttle Transfer Center where you can access the free Summit Stage. I-70 is 3 minutes away for the quick drive to Copper Mountain, Keystone or Vail. Breckenridge is nine miles away on Hwy 9.
Lake Dillon and Frisco's Main Street are a few blocks away. You will find the location convenient for your shopping and dining needs.
Parking is limited to three vehicles. The Town of Frisco does not allow on-street parking on Hawn Dr. The Frisco Summit Stage Transfer Center has a large parking lot.
We privately manage our home and you will find us focused on having it clean and well maintained for you. Being local owners, we are easily accessible. With pride we believe this will be a great choice for your Frisco, Colorado vacation lodging.
Our home is Smokefree and No Pets allowed with an Age Restriction. We have wonderful full time residents as neighbors and do not want this rented as a "Party House". No reservations accepted for vacationing students or singles under age 25 unless accompanied by adult legal guardian or parent during entire stay. Chaperoned groups not accepted. Restrictions apply regarding number of people that may accompany parent or legal guardian.
