Beautiful Newer Property (built 2006), 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, approximately 1300 square feet in the woods and very secluded area. If your looking for that Summer get away from the heat in Phoenix or that Winter Wonderland for Skiing than look no further. Cottage has a large Balcony/Patio to eat outside or just rest and relax. All the amenities of home are here in the cottage, cable TV in 2 bedrooms and living room area. Carpet and Wood floors in all the right places.
Property is located off of Rainbow Lake Drive and you can walk to the lake from the cottage. Cottage also is at the end of the street so no drive through traffic. Very close to the shopping in Pinetop and all the wonderful restaurants, or you can cook and stay at home. Within a couple of miles of the Go Kart track, and other recreational facilities. There is plenty of room to sleep 7 comfortably and if the kids need to go on the floors there is more room available. Rates will vary depending on the time of year and a minimum of 6 night stays.

Why the Owner Chose Pinetop-Lakeside
I chose this area for a couple of reasons. a) It is only a 3 hour drive from the East Valley of Phoenix to escape the heat. b) There is plenty to do in the Pinetop-Lakeside area. To get more specific on my property choice was it was brand new cottage, it's at the end of the street to avoid any traffic and is very secluded.
The Unique Benefits of this Cottage
I enjoy the large Balcony/Patio to go outside and sit and relax in the nice weather from April-October.

This cabin was perfect for our family. The layout was great and it was very clean. We were able to bring our quads and take family rides around the area. Fishing is nearby, although not walking distance for a family such as ours with young children. The owner was very gracious by not raising his fees even though it was a Holiday weekend. Our family was able to get away at a very affordable price! We will definitely be returning next time we visit Pinetop.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
