Professionally decorated 2500 sq. ft. home on the golf course is luxuriously equipped for both indoor and outdoor comfort. Enjoy private salt-water pool and spa, a putting green, built-in outdoor kitchen area which includes a grill, small refrigerator and bar, covered outdoor eating area and abundant lounge furniture.
Our home features a great room with large screen TV, a dining area and bar-seating next to the granite countertop fully-equipped kitchen. The master bedroom suite opens to the patio/pool area, features a king size bed, reading area and flat-screen television. There is a large bath which includes a double vanity, separate shower and tub, with a large walk in closet. The two guest rooms have queen beds and share a large double vanity bath accessible from both rooms. The two guest rooms are on the opposite sides of the house from the master bedroom. All linens, towels, and mattresses are top-quality and provided with comfort in mind. There is also an office with a desk and internet connections, a large entry foyer, and a separate guest bath.
Guests are eligible to participate in all resort activities - discounted golf at the on-site 18-hole course, tennis courts, bocce, hiking trails, use of clubhouse dining areas, and indoor and outdoor heated pools, state-of-the-art fitness center, billiard room and library. There is a golf cart available for use upon negotiation.
We're located in a 24 hour gate-guarded active adult community - children and grandchildren are welcomed as guests of renters. Enjoy visits to LaQuinta, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, and Palm Springs with multiple restaurants, theatres, and shopping. Hot-air balloon rides are available, as are jeep tours to the outlying mountain areas.
