Welcome to our beautiful 3 bed/2 bath townhouse set in lovely grounds on a safe gated community. Barbeque grills, picnic areas, walking trails , lakes and fountains. 10 minute drive to a very nice 18 hole golf course that has very reasonable rates.
Master suite downstairs with huge comfortable king size bed,walk in closet and spacious master bathroom with shower over large jetted tub.Hair dryer and iron and ironing board. 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with twin beds and one with a full size bed.There is also a bathroom with full bath and shower and seperate extra vanity unit. All bed linens and towels are provided, also plenty of swim towels. Washer and dryer in unit.New flat screen TV in the living room with cable connection,also available in the master and one of the bedrooms upstairs.Both the master and upstairs have DVD players. Very comfortable and spacious living room and well kitted out kitchen with new smooth top stove,microwave,toaster,coffee maker,blender and all the usual pots and pans etc.
All rooms have ceiling fans and nice soft furnishings and lamps.There are plenty of coat hangers in all the bedrooms so please don't bring any. We also cater for families with young children offering a safety gate,pack n play crib,booster seat,high chair,lightweight stroller,bath ring and baby intercon for your convenience.we also have no objection to you bringing you pet aslong as he/she is crate/house trained.We do not charge a fee for them ,but we do have a weight restriction so please ask for details.
Venetian bay Village is a fantastic vacation complex. It is very well maintained and has 24 hour security. Great village concept setting with a resort style clubhouse that includes a fitness room with state of the art equipment. 4 swimming pools including the main Olympic size pool with water jets and a spacious deck area around it. This is heated to 86 degrees.Just off the pool is the huge spa area which is heated to 103 degrees and seats 12 people.. Tennis courts, volley ball, basket ball children's play area and games room. Comfortable home theatre on site where you can meet up with friends,watch movies and have a coffee.There is also a pool table, pin ball machines and air hockey. Business center with DSL, computers and printers for guest use.Free wireless internet available at the clubhouse and by the main pool.Shady oasis between the reception area and main pool with soft music for relaxing or sitting quietly with a book.
All the comforts of home are waiting for you when you return from the theme parks (Disney just 7 miles away). There is a bus service that stops down on the main road,192,a five minute walk from the main gates,that takes you to the theme parks if you don't feel comfortable driving.
Strictly NO smoking inside the home. Pet friendly up to 20 lbs. (owner's discretion). No parties of 25 years or younger. Shopping, dining, supermarkets 5 minute drive away. Just bring your suit case......everything else is here.
We do ask for a $200 refundable security deposit at time of booking to hold your reservation. Total amount of your vacation due 2 weeks prior to your arrival date

We spent the week before Christmas at this home. So clean, so bright and exactly as the pictures had promised! The owner was an absolute to deal with from start to finish. Everything we needed was there. The grounds are well kept and the pool area was amazing. The girls were in and out of the pool, on and off the playground! Everythings seemed to be close - Disney was 15 minutes, shopping and delicious restaurants were 10 minutes. Couldn't have asked for anything better.
Recommended for:Families with young children.

We cannot say enough good things about this property and it's owner's. The property was just as described, was wonderfully clean and the photos were completely accurate. For us, one of the best parts was not that it was so close to shopping, or so close to all the attractions, but that it was in a secured, gated community so we felt completely safe and secure at all times. Also, communication with the owner's was simple and easy. The rates are reasonable, completely inclusive AND I got my deposit back quickly. I would and have recommended this property to friends and family. We are looking forward to coming back again someday soon and having another wonderful vacation here. Maybe we will actually get to use the beautiful pools and clubhouse, we were too busy enjoying Disney and Universal this time around.

My family and I stayed at this lovely condo for 7 nights and it is exactly as advertised. Very tastefully decorated, comfortable and convenient, it offers all the amenities of home but in a vacation setting. The grounds were beautiful and the pools were amazing and it was only about 15 minutes from Universal studios and about 45 minutes from Cocoa Beach. David and Linda were very accomodating and always available to answer any questions we had (which were just a couple....they give you all the info you need). We really enjoyed Venetian Bay and would stay here again! Thanks!

We recently stayed at this townhouse and found it to be as advertised. The home was with 1/2 hour of all the major theme parks. Shopping in the area was readily available. Security was on duty 24 hrs a day and made you feel welcome. There were plenty of towels available both for bathing and for the pool. The home itself was comfortable and clean. The little courtyards were pleasant. The grounds were well kept We enjoyed sitting by the lake and the children loved the pool areas. Dave and Linda were very prompt with any questions or concerns we had which were not many. They seem to really care about your stay and will do everything to make your stay enjoyable. They were very prompt in returning our security deposit and we would definitely stay here again if we return to the area. Thanks again Dave and Linda for sharing your him with us.

Pleasant, easy communication with owner. Property very clean and comfortable, felt at home. Well kept grounds, great security, nice pools and hot tub. Short distance to parks, shopping, and food. We really liked BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse. Would definitely stay again, and recommend to everyone.

Our family just returned from a wonderful trip to Florida. Linda's apartment was a perfect fit for our family of 4. Our boys (ages 11 and 12) really enjoyed the large pool and tennis courts. The location was perfect for the different parks located in Orlando. We will definitely stay at this property again. THANKS!

Our family had a wonderful vacation in your condo. It was very easy to communicate with you ahead of time and all transactions were very prompt. During our stay, the quiet location and spaciousness of the condo was well-appreciated given the crowds at theparks. The grounds are well-kept and we enjoyed the pool area which was adjacent to the basketball courts/tennis courts and tot lot. Having the shaded area with the restrooms was a plus having an infant with us. Everything went smoothly and I would highly recommend the property to a friend. Thank you! (Try Fat Boys BBQ if you get a chance.)

We stayed 2 months at this comfortable and well equipped 3-bedrooms townhouse with washer and dryer. We appreciated the ease to contact Linda & David during the rental process. Thanks to them, our stay was the most enjoyable. Venetian Bay Villages is a secure and clean complex with friendly security staff that are available 24 hours. We felt safe at all times especially while walking around the complex. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub in january and february. We recommend this townhouse and would not hesitate to rent it again. It's ideal location makes it easy to get around and within short distance to shopping, restaurants, Disney, Seaworld, etc.. I stayed here with my family last Thanksgiving. The house and property are absolutely beautiful! My sons loved being able to ride their bikes safely on the many footpaths around the lakes. The gated community is immaculate and well kept and security staff are extremely helpful and friendly! The house lacked for nothing, was extremely comfortable and clean. We were grateful to have the stroller and other childrens items available to us without having to pack them ourselves. The house is only a very short drive to all the theme parks which is exactly what we needed having two small children. David and Linda were excellent in communication when booking the vacation and during our vist, they let us know they were available if we needed anything at all. We actually had their cell phone numbers on hand for any concerns we had, but we had none!!! We will certainly be taking another vacation at this home, and would highly recommend it to our friends.
