We spent the week before Christmas at this home. So clean, so bright and exactly as the pictures had promised! The owner was an absolute to deal with from start to finish. Everything we needed was there. The grounds are well kept and the pool area was amazing. The girls were in and out of the pool, on and off the playground! Everythings seemed to be close - Disney was 15 minutes, shopping and delicious restaurants were 10 minutes. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

We cannot say enough good things about this property and it's owner's. The property was just as described, was wonderfully clean and the photos were completely accurate. For us, one of the best parts was not that it was so close to shopping, or so close to all the attractions, but that it was in a secured, gated community so we felt completely safe and secure at all times. Also, communication with the owner's was simple and easy. The rates are reasonable, completely inclusive AND I got my deposit back quickly. I would and have recommended this property to friends and family. We are looking forward to coming back again someday soon and having another wonderful vacation here. Maybe we will actually get to use the beautiful pools and clubhouse, we were too busy enjoying Disney and Universal this time around.

My family and I stayed at this lovely condo for 7 nights and it is exactly as advertised. Very tastefully decorated, comfortable and convenient, it offers all the amenities of home but in a vacation setting. The grounds were beautiful and the pools were amazing and it was only about 15 minutes from Universal studios and about 45 minutes from Cocoa Beach. David and Linda were very accomodating and always available to answer any questions we had (which were just a couple....they give you all the info you need). We really enjoyed Venetian Bay and would stay here again! Thanks!

We recently stayed at this townhouse and found it to be as advertised. The home was with 1/2 hour of all the major theme parks. Shopping in the area was readily available. Security was on duty 24 hrs a day and made you feel welcome. There were plenty of towels available both for bathing and for the pool. The home itself was comfortable and clean. The little courtyards were pleasant. The grounds were well kept We enjoyed sitting by the lake and the children loved the pool areas. Dave and Linda were very prompt with any questions or concerns we had which were not many. They seem to really care about your stay and will do everything to make your stay enjoyable. They were very prompt in returning our security deposit and we would definitely stay here again if we return to the area. Thanks again Dave and Linda for sharing your him with us.

Pleasant, easy communication with owner. Property very clean and comfortable, felt at home. Well kept grounds, great security, nice pools and hot tub. Short distance to parks, shopping, and food. We really liked BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse. Would definitely stay again, and recommend to everyone.

Our family just returned from a wonderful trip to Florida. Linda's apartment was a perfect fit for our family of 4. Our boys (ages 11 and 12) really enjoyed the large pool and tennis courts. The location was perfect for the different parks located in Orlando. We will definitely stay at this property again. THANKS!

Our family had a wonderful vacation in your condo. It was very easy to communicate with you ahead of time and all transactions were very prompt. During our stay, the quiet location and spaciousness of the condo was well-appreciated given the crowds at theparks. The grounds are well-kept and we enjoyed the pool area which was adjacent to the basketball courts/tennis courts and tot lot. Having the shaded area with the restrooms was a plus having an infant with us. Everything went smoothly and I would highly recommend the property to a friend. Thank you! We stayed 2 months at this comfortable and well equipped 3-bedrooms townhouse with washer and dryer. We appreciated the ease to contact Linda & David during the rental process. Thanks to them, our stay was the most enjoyable. Venetian Bay Villages is a secure and clean complex with friendly security staff that are available 24 hours. We felt safe at all times especially while walking around the complex. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub in january and february. We recommend this townhouse and would not hesitate to rent it again. It's ideal location makes it easy to get around and within short distance to shopping, restaurants, Disney, Seaworld, etc.. A WONDERFUL VACATION PROPERTY

Linda, was very thoughtful and responsive during the rental process. The townhouse is lovely and was very welcoming upon our arrival. It was spotlessly clean, is very spacious, and generously supplied with towels, sheets, hangers, etc. and the kitchen has everything you would need. Wi-fi was readily available. The Venetian Bay Villages community has a very nice layout, is beautifully landscaped, and a offers nice walking paths. The walkway between the townhouses feels like you are in a storybook fairytale. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Also, the location can’t be beat….a very short distance to shopping, restaurants, gas, Walgreens, CVS, WalMart, mini-golf, etc., and access to main highways is excellent. With your GPS, you can get anywhere with ease (Disney, Universal, Seaworld, Busch Gardens, Daytona Beach). I recommend dinner at Celebration Town Tavern, and breakfast at Market Street Café in Celebration. We enjoyed our stay at VBV, and would not hesitate to return. Thank you, Linda and David, for offering pet-friendly accommodations. Chloe thanks you, too. We truly enjoyed our stay in your lovely townhouse.

Perfect Getaway!!

I stayed here with my family last Thanksgiving. The house and property are absolutely beautiful! My sons loved being able to ride their bikes safely on the many footpaths around the lakes. The gated community is immaculate and well kept and security staff are extremely helpful and friendly! The house lacked for nothing, was extremely comfortable and clean. We were grateful to have the stroller and other childrens items available to us without having to pack them ourselves. The house is only a very short drive to all the theme parks which is exactly what we needed having two small children. David and Linda were excellent in communication when booking the vacation and during our vist, they let us know they were available if we needed anything at all. We actually had their cell phone numbers on hand for any concerns we had, but we had none!!! We will certainly be taking another vacation at this home, and would highly recommend it to our friends.

We all had a great stay in time in Orlando. In part due to terrific accomadations in your townhouse. We enjoyed staying in your unit, it was clean, update, spacious, convenient, secure, comfortable and nicely furnished. We felt very safe, and the area is very quiet. When we return to Orlando again, we would love to stay in your unit again. We used the baby stroller , it came in handy when my youngest got tired at the theme park. Lots of parking spots (no charge). But you will need to rent a car. The complex security is excellent, and the clubhouse and pool amenities were great. The staff in the complex are very polite and friendly, especially the gatekeeper. We would definitely stay here again, and will recommend your unit to our friends. Linda, you have been very pleasant to correspond with. Thanks again!

David & Linda - We had a wonderful time on vacation - The condo was very nice - It was very clean and everything you needed was there except food - This was the first time we rented from VRBO and we were very pleased and will do it again - It was very quiet - Not too many people around - I think that was because of the time of year and that was ok with us - Thanks again for sharing your home with us - I would recommend your condo to anyone and, if we go back to that area again we will certainly stay at Venetian Bay - Thanks again,

My family and I stayed in this unit for 6 nights and we are so glad that we did. It was perfect. Everything my husband and I and our 3 kids needed was available. Our vacation included trips to Disney and Daytona Beach, the stroller and pack n play that is available for use in the unit made these trips extra enjoyable! The unit is beautiful and the grounds are so well kept, the pools are awesome and the security was top notch. We weren't lacking for anything. Also, my security deposit was refunded almost immediately. I was very impressed. We will be staying here again when we get the chance to return to the area.

Our family of 4 stayed here in May of 2010 and the condo was everything we hoped it would be. The kitchen is well equipped and was the perfect size. We had plenty of room and our kids enjoyed having a tv in their room. It was just a short walk to the main swimming pool which was nice after a day of walking around Disney. The king bed was very comfortable and the master bathroom was very large. There were pool towels available that we took to Typhoon Lagoon so we didn't have to rent any. It was very clean and the grounds are kept clean too. Thank you David and Linda - we will definitely rent again when we are in Orlando.

Dear Linda and John: THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!Our family, my husband and I, our daughter and my granddaughter, and both our four legged family members had a wonderful time in Orlando primarily due to your wonderful townhome! The floor plan which allowed the "children" to have the upstairs with the full bath and extra vanity was perfect! Our master bedroom and Huge bath complete with spa tub was just lovely and was the huge closet!The entire unit was spotless and the decor so welcoming. Everything we could possibly need was provided for us and having the linens, which by the way were soft and abundant, was so much easier than having to bring or own. The location is great also, close enough to "Mickey" but a bit removed from the traffic of 192. The grounds are very well maintained and the heated pool and hot tub were very welcome at the end of a day walking about Disney. We felt very secure in the gated community and the staff and groundskeepers were excellent. Walks in the morning and evening were a joy with lots of trails and a playground for our granddaughter. I have already e-mailed friends far and near and hope to stay with you again when next we get to Orlando!! Thank you for the warmth of your welcome and providing us a memorable vacation location! What a lovely vacation we had. Clean, tidy and all the luxuries of home. Our vacation in June was so relaxing and we plan on returning next year. Our boys loved it and enjoyed the pool and games room very much. Great job and attention to detail and making it feel like home was wonderful. Disney was only 20 mins. away and a blast.
