This home is directly in front of a lake (with fountain), which is located on the third hole of the West course of Monterey Country Club. The home is far enough from the tee box so that you won't get hit by golf balls as you sit on the patio to enjoy the early morning sun and warm evenings. The home is very well lit with many windows to allow a lot of sun light. It's clean and has a Tommy Bahama feel to it in it's decor.
It has all of the amenities one could desire with large TV's in the Living Room, Master Bedroom and one of the guest rooms, as well as a smaller TV in the remaining guest room. Wireless Internet is available if you have a decent antenna on your computer. (Not in all rooms).
The main living room has very comfortable couches for reading a book or just lounging. Both guest bedrooms have large beds (One with a King and one with a Queen). All windows have French Levelor coverings for privacy if desired. The kitchen is fully stocked with ample pots, pans and silverware for all cooking needs.
The living room does have a gas fireplace if needed. The air conditioning and interior heating work exceptionally well. It's a very comfortable home to spend a week or a month getting away from the weather or headaches at home. We hope you enjoy your stay.

Why the Owner Chose Monterey Country Club
It's primarily suited for adults and seniors, but kids and grandkids often enjoy some of the pools. It's very quiet, and the CC&R's are very well enforced. It's a gated community with no worries of crime and the neighbors are all very friendly.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Mornings on the patio are very enjoyable. Evenings with a Mai Tai or glass of wine in hand are equally as nice. With a lake directly in front of your patio, and an occasional golfer passing by, it's a VERY relaxed setting. Temperatures during October, November, February and May are fantastic. The months of March and April are already booked each year. (for the BNP tennis championships). All other months are open for rental.
