This premier gated adult community has been called "Disney World for Adults" but is better known as "Florida's Friendliest Home Town". This fully furnished three bedroom home has 1500 Square Feet of luxury living area. The third bedroom is furnished as an office with a pull out divan which can be used for short term guests. Located in the Village of Rio Grande, it is a three minute golf cart ride to the Rio Grande heated Family Pool, five minutes by golf cart to Spanish Springs Town Square and fifteen minutes to Sumter Landing Town Square. The Villages is best known for its free nightly entertainment with music and dancing on both town squares.
There are nine championship golf courses (par 71/72) easily accessible by golf cart costing a very low rate for residents (renters with Village ID) and twenty-four nine hole executive courses (par 27/33) Free for walkers or a small trail fee if you use the cart.
The Town Squares feature two eight screen movie theaters, free music and dancing as well as many restaurants. Two bowling alleys are available for your entertainment at Spanish Springs.

GREAT PLACE,GRAPEFRUIT TREE FOR FRESH BREAKFAST, CLOSE TO "SPANISH SPRINGS"TOWN SQUARE (5 MINUTES BY GOLF CART& ABOUT 15 MINUTES TO "LAKE SUMPTER") CLOSE TO SHOPPING MALL,PUBLIX GROCERIES,GOLF ETC. THIS IS THE BEST LOCATION YOU COULD FIND,OWNERS ARE WONDERFUL PEOPLE.
