Why the Owner Chose North Shore
People familiar with Sandestin commented repeatedly that this unit was the nicest they'd stayed in - these were visitors who'd come here 20 or more years. We dismissed the comments the first few times; after the fourth comment, we began to take a serious look. We didn't realize we'd found such a gem! We love walking the miles of empty dune-walled beaches at Topsail State Park nearby. The inter-generational approach of this world class resort is appealing: it is family friendly and yet features top-notch restaurants, shops and entertainment. It's beauty is widely known. A dilemma is often what to choose to do from among the wide variety of activities!
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
You just can't get much closer to the water! In the picture with the table and chairs, that's the bay outside the window where the grass ends! Cool, calm decor matches the peacefulness outside.
Tennis on clay and hard court, 72 holes of incredible golf, great lessons from pros, kayaking (with the dolphins) on the bay or gulf, fishing & crabbing right out your door, #1 beaches in the continental US (per US Travel & Leisure).
The high vaulted ceilings make you feel like you have lots of room to expand. With the enclosed linai, there is plenty of space to spread out so you and your family or friends can relax and experience a vacation as you should; no worries, lots of entertainment, and relaxing waters to gaze on at the end of the day. Want to read, peruse the book drawer, it's always stocked with a variety of good books. Want to hang out by the fire? Great, grab a drink and some cards or dominoes and spend the night cozy and laughing. Then step up to your balcony and sit back and see how many satellites or meteors you can count. With no major city lights to bog up the sky, every visible star is waiting to twinkle at you and your loved ones. On calm nights, you'll see them reflected in the bay's waters.

My dream was always to be able to put a kayak in the water before breakfast or at sunset and just chill. My husband and I found paradise here and now I get to do just that!
We love to make people comfortable and happy. We are right next door if you need anything. Since I love to bake, you may find home-made goodies on your kitchen counter or by your front door when you awake! Joe is from Michigan, I am from Pittsburgh originally, and that's our son Bryan just out of Coast Guard Boot Camp last year. He's a Petty Office now, at station Niagara in NY. We left Chicago winters behind to live in this dreamy resort and just want to share it with as many other people as we can. The soul needs beauty to restore itself from time to time.
