Our family found this beautiful property because we wanted a place to bring our family pet along with our daughter. The house is like our own home. It has everything you could need for a short weekend or to stay for weeks. The owners could not be nicer or more accommodating. They are very gracious, warm and friendly. They love pets as much as we do. Since we have found such a beautiful rental we return year after year. This will be our third year returning and couldn't be happier. When we contact the owners it's like contacting old friends. So if your looking for a place that feels like home this is the rental you need to visit. You supply your own food, this rental will supply the rest. Even a treat for your pet. Check it out, you won't be sorry. Thanks from Sheyenne's Mom, Dad, and Sister

A Lovely Pondside Cottage

We have just returned from a week at this cottage and had a lovely time. The owners are very sociable and accommodating. The cottage is charming and immaculate. The kitchen is well-stocked and very easy to use. The deck is very pleasant and comfortable - a great place to relax, watch the comings and goings of the boaters and fishermen and use the great gas grille. We wished that we had brought our kayak, because there is a great dock that is very accessible. We would definitely recommend this cottage to others. It is so centrally located - 1/2 way between 6A and Rte 28. We happened to have wonderful weather, but it was unusually hot and humid, and we found the A/C not quite powerful enough for that particular week. Much of the time, however, there were lovely evening breezes that flowed through the house with all the windows. We have brought home wonderful memories. The house nicely accommodated our group of 4 adults and a small child.
Owner response:We were all surprised by the exceptionally hot and humid weather that our guests experienced the 3rd week of June. It continued this week as well, so we didn't need any more convincing that the A/C unit needed to be replaced. The new one is working so much better and we have brought out the fans for each bedroom. If this "warming" continues we will consider a central system in the future.

Our vacations on the cape are the glue that binds the rest of the year. Finding the 'perfect' place is always hard to do on line but this year we got lucky. This house is as cute as a button, perfect location, easy on off to RT 6 and a dock for the boat. Bass river is beautiful as is Follins Pond. House offered everything we needed and Owners only to ready to help with anything else. We will be back next year!!!
