A comfortable residence, this charming ranch has all the amenities for a perfect vacation. It's quiet location is 1.5 miles from town, yet not too far to bike or walk in when needed. Beaches, ponds, the lagoon, and other recreational facilities are also easily accessible if you want to hop on the bike path (just around the corner) or take a brisk walk.
Nicely refinished hardwood floors, tiled kitchen and bath, private laundry facilities, private wooded back yard deck & deck with gas grill & an outdoor shower. TV in the living room with DVD/VCR, video games, high speed wireless internet. The house has three bedrooms and will sleep 7-8 people comfortably. One bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, (twin size on top, double bed on bottom). The third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a full size pullout in the living room, as well. Closets and dressers are in each bedroom. Kitchen and Bathroom recently upgraded and remodeled with a lot of new paint, refinished floors, new mattresses, new bedroom furniture, the house is clean and comfortable.
Save money renting bikes or Kayaks.. and use mine! One two seater Kayak and one single seater, both are sit on top. I have paddles and life jackets. For the bikes, I have assorted helmets ..not to mention badminton, croquet, clamming rakes, fishing poles, board games, ping pong, etc.

Away from the busy downtown area, but still able to hop on a bike or take a walk and get downtown easily, or simply ride in the other direction and be on the beaches in a matter of minutes..

We had such a wonderful time staying at your house on the Vineyard. Your home is absolutely beautiful and immaculate. You have thought of everything to make a vacation a true haven for relaxation. It was a easy ride to all sites, beaches, and restaurants and a wonderful and inviting place to return to after exploring the island. Your home was better than the pictures-bright, sunny, wonderfully decorated, impeccably clean, and stocked with everything possibly needed for one's vacation! You answered all our questions including helping us find the house in the dark since our GPS wasn't working correctly! We would highly recommend your home to others and yearn to return soon to your beautiful home and the wonderful Vineyard.

Our Family of 6 just loved this home, it had everything we needed! From the beautiful beaches like South Beach to kayaking at the lagoon, 2 min down the road, with your kayaks. The home was immaculate and located close to the towns restaurants and activites. We biked the bikepaths as well as the entire island there is just so much to see! You have thought of just about everything and anything anyone could possibly need. Your home is beautiful and you have done a great job. We just love the outside shower! We will see you again this summer.

The house was immaculate. The location was perfect. We were close to the town of Oak Bluffs but far enough away to have complete peace and quiet. The yard and back deck were lovely. We had several nice barbeques there. We loved the nearby bike paths and kayaking. All-in-all an excellent location and experience. We can't wait to go back.
