I have owned the property in Mariner's Watch since November of 2007. I have since rented it out to several guests during the summer of 2008.
Why the Owner Chose Other Ocean City Properties
Ocean City is one of the only vacation destinations that I find appeals to a variety of people. It is not a destination that caters to one particular demographic group. There are activities for children during the day and a night life for young adults at night. There is pretty much something to do where everyone who visits can enjoy their stay. Let's all be real here, two of the major reasons people go on vacation is to relax and have fun. I made sure that my condo presents that kind of aura.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
I enjoy the location of it the most. It's in the middle of everything. It's 2 blocks from the beach and has a large balcony overlooking the bay which the sun sets over. There is an electric heat filled fireplace and my favorite, the king size bed which provides for a very restful and rejuvenating sleep so you can thoroughly enjoy the activities of the day to follow. Trust me, you'll need the energy.
