This was a nice apartment in a very good location for a very good price. Great value. Rick offered phone support and is sometimes on site for additional support like airport pick up.

We visited Beijing with our 2 kids ages 8 and 10 and the apartment was perfect for us. There is plenty of shopping and dining within a few blocks, and the subway is just one block away. Rick Zhang was very helpful. Our taxi driver called him to get to the correct building, and Rick was there to meet us when we arrived. Rick was also kind enough to help us buy train tickets in advance before we arrived, and the tickets he got for us were exactly what we asked for and needed. It was a great help. We liked everything about the apartment and location. The kitchen was minimally stocked, but was adequate for simple cooking. The nearby supermarket, shopping, and restaurants were easy and convenient. Using the subway was easy, with Tianamen Square about 15 minutes away by subway. The apartment was a great value, clean and safe, and the price was comparable to a 3 star hotel room that the 4 of us would have been very cramped in. We would recommend the apartment, and Rick's services to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay in the appartment, the location is close to a shopping center and restaurants, a subway station is nearby and another advantage is the free WiFi access. There is only a problem with the cleanlyness especially the kitchen and the wardrobes in the bedroom. But overall i would come back again

Thanks for a great stay in your apartment. We were really pleased to find it was so near to the subway station; it was an easy walk for us and our 4 young children. The on-site playpark and mini-supermarket were really useful as were the nearby pizza restaurant and street-food vendors, and the area felt very safe. The flat was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and the beds were really comfortable. Thanks for all your help with ordering taxis, hire car and even pizza! We would recommend your apartment to anyone visiting Beijing, especially those with young children.

I was in Rick apartment with my girlfriend for two days. The flat is very nice, comfortable and clean. there is the possibility of staying in a two beds double room or in a one king bed room. the bathroom is inside each room, so that it keeps intimacy. the flat is located in a very nice and calm place, two minutes walking from subway and all around there are both chinese and no-chinese shops, restaurants, fast food places and supermarkets. Rick is a very descrete and nice person ready to help and give suggestions for your needs. further more he is an efficient touristic guide with whom we spent just one day but have seen lots of places and been satisfied.
