The complex has 2 pools, tennis courts, a kid's playground and included for your convenience
. Our unit has 2 balconies which overlook the Gulf from the top floor master bedroom ( Great for dolphin watching ) and down the beach from the living room. All linens are included for your convenience.
The kitchen is completely stocked for your cooking needs. The laundry room in the unit is equipped with full size washer and dryer.
Our beaches are very private with no public access. We are situated on a peninsula which is directly on the Gulf and Lake Powell. The lake has docks for fishing and tying up your boat.
We are located on the Western end of Bay County, near Carillon Beach and the beaches of South Walton, Sea Side, and approximately 22 miles east of Destin.
Excellent attractions for the entire family are within minutes of our resort, such as Captain Anderson's Deep Sea Fishing, Gulf World, Zoo World, Shell Island, Scuba Diving, 3-story Go Cart Racing and much more.
We are 7 miles west of the New Pier Park Shopping Center which has many new stores for great shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, Starbuck Coffee, and Target.

Cher, Kurt, and Caytee--- Thank you so very much for sharing 7th Heaven with us. Pinnacle Port is the most wonderful complex--we never dreamed it would be that enjoyable!! My grandchildren loved the lake area almost as much as they did the beach!! Had lots of fun in the sun and made wonderful memories. Also, Cheri, thank you for checking on us---in all the years we have vacationed in the area== you are the first owner who has ever called. You do not know how much I appreciated our conversation! Would have written in your guest book, but it was full. We will not be there next year as we are planning a trip to Disney World==but look for us many years after that!!!! We spent a wonderful week from 07/17/10thru 07/24/10
