Very nice unit. We had 7 in our party and was very comfortable here. There is 3bdrm the master is king and very large with an amazing veiw the second is a twin with two beds and they share a very roomy bathroom with a jetted tub down stairs is a queen that is nice too. The kitchen is very well stocked and there is alot of setting (6 at table and two stools at bar) for dinner in side but with the deck and very nice table its nice to eat out doors. The veiws are amazing and you see lots of dolphins playing in the morning time. The beach here is nice and clean and lots of interesting shells to find. The decor of this unit is very nice and has a very nice homey feel to it. The beds are comfortable. The only draw back we found is the front room is a bit small and only has setting for 4 people but the table is close enough to watch tv from there and there is only two tv's in this unit but with a beach like that who needs tv right..:) I would highly recomend this unit to really anyone but as a helpful tip if you have a toddler like we do i recommend bringing a baby gate for the stairs .

We got married on the beach in front of the condo, what better place to say "I DO", toes in the sand and your family and friends around you at sunset. The condo is Great, very well kept and beautifully decorated. The master is Awesome, you have your own private deck, leaving the patio doors open and listening to the waves, the Perfect Honeymoon Suite! Family stayed with us a few days and everyone was pleased with how inviting and comfortable the condo was. Mornings were spectacular, sitting out on either deck with your coffee and watching the wildlife, one morning we even had the pleasure of watching an Eagle right in front of us on the beach. The fishing was great right on the surf, brought them in and cooked them up fresh, Yummy! Collecting shells(there were plenty) and sunning was very popular with our group. The owners were eagar to answer any and all questions we threw at them and were so friendly and kind to us. Just down the road is a Wonderful restaurant called Indian Pass Raw Bar, Awesome gumbo and steamed shrimp. Port St. Joe is close by for night life at the Thirsty Goat or a meal and drinks at Dockside Cafe. Everyone we came across either in Indian Pass or Port St. Joe were friendly and warm and more than hospitable. Port St. Joe is a very quaint and historic town. We ordered our cake at LuLu's and she did a Great job. We actually had our reception at the Dockside Cafe outside right at the marina and they were so good to us. We drove to Apalachicola one day which was less than an hour south and it's a cute, rustic, historic town, lots of little shops. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone interested in a beach vacation or like us a beach wedding.

Having stayed at this property for over 10 years in a row we do love it. Very relaxing, good kitchen, great views and the best sunsets ever. If you want to sit on the beach and read that's good, if you want to sit on the beach relax that's good but the best is that you are sitting on THAT beach! Really good restaurants in Applac, gotta be Pappa Joe's, in St. Joe gotta be the Sunset Grill. No one ever forgets the oysters at the Indian Pass Raw Bar. Wish "the pass" could remain "unfound" for many more years, because that's what really makes it all so GREAT.
Owner response:Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. I am always appreciative of others who love our area as you all do. I also very much appreciate your continued loyalty to us at Pelican Landing - 1. We strive to make it a place that all look forward to coming back to, a home away from home ! Regards, Linda

1st time at IP...so glad we found it ! So peaceful, not crowded. I wish we could have stayed more than a week. The townhouse was very clean, comfortable & nicely decorated. We caught a lot of blue carb, saw some sting rays & dolphins & found some large sea shells to take home. I will definitely return & would recommend this place to anyone. The management staff was very polite & understanding when we went past our check-out time due to a problem with our luggage carrier. Thank you ! We will be back !

We were taken by surprise at how nice the place was. Huge master BR & bath & our sons enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. Beds were comfy, especially the master which also offered private porch overlooking the Gulf. Kitchen was well stocked. We ate lots of meals on the porch off the great room, what fun to eat & watch the dolphins play ! Very quiet on the beach, no neighbors on your side of the building gave privacy. Look forward to our next visit !
