This significant, newly built cottage will knock your socks off! Fenced, private pool, dramatic interiors, three masters (1 on ground floor) + 4th bedroom, antique heart pine floors, tiled baths, chef's kitchen and fireplace. Several porches, screened "pool porch" with bath and kitchenette, lots of deck area, landscaped. Walking distance to the beach and village area.

All rental properties are furnished, equipped and maintained according to owner's preference. All rental properties have central heat and air, fully equipped kitchens, telephones, cable television, DVD players, grill on premises and all linens are provided. All units are non-smoking. We require a weekly minimum during the summer and a three to four night minimum in other seasons. Weekly rentals begin on Saturday at 4:00 pm and end on the following Saturday at 10:00 am.

This was a wonderful home in a perfect location! The kids loved having a pool right outside our back door. This beach and village are not too far away. We also loved spending time together at Neptune Park. The front porch was our favorite place to sit and relax. If you are looking for the perfect house on St. Simons, this is the one!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home. It was extremely clean and not worn in the least. The kitchen is very well appointed, the two living spaces were great for separting the adults from the kids at times, but the floorplan is still open and spacious. The pool was a great spot for family time, book reading and cookouts with the screen porch, outdoor kitchen and extra pool bath. Every bedroom has its own AWESOME bath, which is a great feature. Last but not least I dont think you could get a better location...you are just few blocks from the ocean, the Family Fun Zone, the Lighthouse (lcoation of some great music on Sunday evenings), the ice cream shop, resturants and nightlife. My family has rented this home three times already and I am sure we will be staying at "The Big House", as we call it very soon again.

My family of 10 rented this cottage for a week at the end of June and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The pictures on VRBO are great, but the cottage is even better than can be captured by the camera. Will definitely stay again.
