All rental properties are furnished, equipped and maintained according to owner's preference. All rental properties have central heat and air, fully equipped kitchens, telephones, cable television, DVD players, grill on premises and all linens are provided. All units are non-smoking. We require a weekly minimum during the summer and a three to four day minimum in other seasons. Weekly rentals begin on Saturday at 4:00 pm and end on the following Saturday at 10:00 am.
