There are six bedrooms (one master suite with Cal-king bed, two bedrooms with queen beds and three bedrooms with a total of 6 double and single beds) this includes a separate two bedroom cottage on the property with bathroom, kitchen, loft and deck. There are five and a half bathrooms.
Designed by an award-winning architect and professionally decorated, this spectacular, 6,800 square foot home boasts Roaring Fork River frontage and views of the surrounding mountains. The setting of the home takes full advantage of these views and river frontage with its abundant use of glass and spacious open design.
In addition, over 1900 square feet of patio wrapping around the house, to bring the outdoors into the home. With over 300 days of sunshine on average per year in Aspen/Woody Creek, you will enjoy long sunny days and spectacular sunsets.
Not to be outdone by its surroundings, this home’s many unique features make it a truly spectacular and fun place to live. With superb stone and wood finishes, high-end appliances and fixtures, this incredible home includes: a 38-foot wood burning fireplace, three gas fireplaces including one in the master, separate media room with six foot movie projected screen, custom cabinetry, an awesome sound and video systems including outdoor speakers around Jacuzzi and bar-b-q areas, and many other special features.
This home is truly a sport-person's retreat with the four ski areas only minutes away, fishing at your fingertips on your own private stretch of river, golf courses close by, six acres with corral for horses, and lots of mountain biking and cross country ski trails out your back door. Take a couple of steps outside for your children to enjoy a trampoline, swings and slide with play house, and sand pit. All rooms have double French doors opening onto patio or deck areas. This home has also served as a corporate retreat with its large great room that can also serve as a conference area.
This is a "non-smoking" home but pets ARE allowed. Additional midweek cleaning and catering services are available at renter's expense.
