This home is a wonderful quiet getaway spot on the Mississippi coast 3 blocks from the beach. The home is spacious and beautifully appointed. It's a great spot for families and couples.

We stayed at the house on Cedar Avenue the last week of March 2011, and were thrilled with the area, the beach, and the accommodations. During our stay we had the beach to ourselves, and the weather was perfect. The pictures of the house do not do it justice--it was impeccably decorated, spacious, and comfortable. Pass Christian is a small, friendly town where we felt right at home. (And Shaggy's on the pier is a must- try for easy going local dining!) We had three adults and 2 children with plenty of room to spare. This truly was a peaceful haven of a get-away for us. We look forward to returning in the future.

We rented this house as a last minute spring break for my high school age daughter and her friend. The house is very very nice. Furnished with very high end furniture and other features. It has a huge porch that is great place to read and relax and a smaller one in back that is great spot for watching the sunset. The beach is short walk down the quite street. The beach, when we were there in March, was like having your own private beach. This town was devastated by Katrina so a lot of the town just disappeared. One if the places that did survive was Shaggy's. Shaggy's is a fun bar/restaurant near the marina with great seafood. It does have a brand new Walmart. The house is only about an hour from New Orleans making it an easy day trip. If you are looking for a touristy beach resort, you will be disappointed with PC. If you are looking for a beautiful beach house in a sleepy little town, you will love this property.

We just got back from our 2nd stay at Cedar Ave. Our first stay was Thanksgiving 2009 (please read it's review). We've never rented a house anywhere with a more extensive kitchen set-up. And you don't need to bring extra blankets, pillows, towels...nothing. We brought bikes and rode them extensively on the quiet streets. We hope this home is available next time we come down to visit our son. We relax as soon as we step through the front door.

My family (2 couples and one single) stayed here for a week, and we loved it. It was very comfortable and quiet, but within walking distance to the beach. Super clean with high-end furnishings. This place looks nice in the photos but is even lovelier in person. And the owner was very easy to work with.

NO OIL !!!

Do not hesitate to stay here, we just rented this house the week of June 5th through the 12th and there is NO OIL on the beaches on the Mississippi coast! This house is AWESOME!!! The pictures do not do it justice. The house is very clean and very well equiped---and BEAUTIFUL! We stayed here for a sister-in-law week on the beach and we so enjoyed the shopping, shelling, New Orleans, sitting on the porches rocking in the rocking chairs, and of coarse the beautiful beach and this wonderful house. So much to do in this area and the people are so Mississippi NICE!!! You will definately ENJOY staying here! Thanks Suzanne for everything!

My family and I recently rented the home on Cedar and had a wonderful time! The home is clean, spacious, well equipped and close to everything. Easy drive to casinos, and New Olreans. We walked to beach several times during the day just one block away. The location of the home on Cedar has a beautiful country serene feel about it. Great windows allwoing lots of sunlight. Back and front proches. What a great get away!!!

We had a glorious Thanksgiving holiday at this property. The distance to the gorgeous (& empty) beach is perfect. The house is on a side street and the walk is less than 1/2 block. So we didn't hear any traffic off of Hwy. 90. The house...not only is new and decorated high-end but it has so many extras...separate laundry room, lg. flat screen TV, plush towels and a kitchen that is truly completely furnished. I cooked all day for our Thanksgiving meal and only had to use my hand mixer. This home is a definite "do again" for our family. Enjoy it!

My husband Jonathan and 2 friends stayed here for a state golf tournament at The Oaks in Pass Christian on August 21st through 23rd. They LOVED it! It was perfect! I was unable to go but was so glad everything was exactly as the owner had told me it would be. I will stay here again next year when we have the tournament or sooner!!! Love it, Love it, Love it!!

My family loved staying here for Labor Day weekend! The house has an open floorplan, is very spacious, has two beautiful porches and is still very secluded. We were so glad that our dogs were able to join us as well! I highly recommend staying in this lovely home.

Our family drove from Dallas this summer to this beautiful location on the Gulf Coast. Pass Christian is a gem on the water with beautiful beaches, a friendly atmosphere and a community that is proud of what they have. The house on Cedar is a very comfortable and well located home within walking distance to the beach. We found the stores and marina a very short and convenient drive. This home has been well thought out to provide comfort and relaxation. Everything we needed for our stay was available in this great house. We highly recommend a stay here on your next visit to the Mississippi coast!

My husband and I enjoyed three days at this beautiful home. The pictures on the website are nice, but the home is even prettier once you enter it. It is very comfortable and very clean. The front and back porches offer nice views of the water. The surroundings are quiet, and the home feels as if it is brand new. A very nice place for a family vacation!

Our vacation stay at 117 Cedar was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!! Suzanne was a joy to deal with and very helpful in assissting us in planning our vacation. The pictures on the website of the home are great, but actually seeing the property is gorgeous!! We spent nine days here and it was terrific. The house is fantastic, beautifully furnished and decorated, and gave the four of us plenty of room. The porches were terrific for relaxing, enjoying a morning cup of coffee or watching a thunderstorm pass through. We were able to entertain family and friends with a dinner in the large kitchen, dining, and living rooms. The master accommodations were fanastic and something we miss the most about the house. The location is a short drive from "busy" coast and a very short walk to a seldom used part of the sandy beach. We highly recommend this house.

Everything was PERFECT!House is awesome. There is no parking on the beachfront near the house, so we only saw two people the whole weekend within a quarter mile in each direction. A private beach and a wonderful house- couldn't have been better!!!

We are a family of 6 including our dog, and we really enjoyed our week long stay at the house. It is just off the beach in the Pass and close to a numerous fishing spots in the Bay. It's a comfortable and clean house.

This home was FABULOUS!!!! The comfort level was AMAZING!!! All of the furnishings were tasteful, comfortable, and inviting. The bed was so luxurious that I had to check out the mattress to inquire about getting one for my home. All of the amenities only added to our wonderful stay. I loved the porches and the ample underground parking. I particularly loved the size of all the rooms. They are all roomy, yet cozy at the same time. If you desire privacy, you can have it, but, also join the gang in the living room when you are ready to visit. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone. The shared pool was beautiful and such a wonderful, unobscured view of the Gulf of Mexico. This is coastal living at its finest!!!!!!
