No Hidden Fees. Very beautiful and so refreshing to ones soul! Our beautiful home offers a very large floor plan 1,300sq ft, with two bedrooms two bathrooms, use of the luggage carts and the elevator that is outside your door making it very easy to move in and start your vacation without the backache. You only need your personal items, food and time for fun and relaxing.
Walk just across the street to the grocery store, drug stores, neat shops or to get fast food if you don't feel like cooking, or a short drive to the Wharf complex
Grande Caribbean also offers easy access to, historical Pensacola FL, famous Flora Bama beach bar and restaurant, Joe Patties fresh sea food, the Naval Aviation Museum, and the Light House at the Naval Air Station (NAS) where the Blue Angels fly every Tuesday and Wednesday at 8am (see their webpage for details).
If you go west to Fort Morgan, the car ferry will take you to the Dauphin Island preserve. Historical Mobile AL and the Battle Ship Alabama, Mellow Mushroom for great pizza are also close by. You can then go back to your wonderful vacation home at the Grande Caribbean to relax to the sounds of the waves and wildlife.

The condo was nice however, it was very disappointing with all the trouble that we had to experience during our stay. The refrigerator was out of order for the first 2.5 days (which we had to fix it ourselves) and the washing machine was broken until Thursday night. So much for a relaxing vacation! The owners said that they would do something to accommodate us for the inconveniences we experienced however, nothing was done. Very disappointing!
Owner response:We spoke to the renter before their arrival and informed them that the washer would be repaired during there stay, and it was repaired 2 days before they left.As for the refrigerator we had a service repair person in, he found nothing wrong with the refrigerator. We try our best to meet the needs of all our renters but some times machines do not see it the same way. We tried to be accommodating, by giving the internet free of charge. And not charging for the four hour early arrival.

We really enjoyed our visit to your condo, everything was clean and neat, we had everything we needed, we used the muffin tin three times, Thanks so much for getting it for us! The kids loved the beach and with the oil spill, we pretty much had the beach to ourselves, they are keeping up with the tar balls and it really wasn't a problem, the sand is still sugar white and beautiful! We had a great time. Thanks!!!

Mrs. Christine, we really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful condo. Everything was just like you said -but better! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Found a great place to eat near by called Papa Rocco's. The beach was beautiful and my daughter and her friend had a great time. The only problem we had was that we didn't want to leave! Thank you for being so pleasant to deal with and we can't wait to stay in this lovely condo again in the future!

Many thanks to Chris and Tom for such a fantastic family vacation in their condo! We stayed here for the last week of May and found the condo to be exactly what we wanted. The condo was close to everything we wanted - we were right next door to the grocery store/gas/etc. and we went out several times to eat - our favorite was Calypso Joe's not 5 minutes behind the condo at Orange Beach Marina. We also went on several little dolphin cruises - again only a few minutes from the condo and we also enjoyed going over to Gulf Shores to hear live music at the Hangout (great venue for both parents and kids), go to the zoo there, and we also did a day at Waterville. The condo itself was so cozy and clean and nicely, nicely decorated. The condo is only on the second floor so we hardly ever took the elevator. The view was beautiful right over the water and we enjoyed sunsets and dinners out on the balcony almost daily. The washer/dryer are large (which is helpful when washing all those beach towels and wet suits) and we felt right at home in the kitchen (we made most of our meals). We also brought our DVD's and videos for the children. Chris and Tom were great to deal with and absolutely wanted our stay to be the very best. I think that the price is Amazing!! for the high quality of everything inside the condo and the location at peak season.
