This is a wonderful private home to rest and relax on your vacation. There is the ability to lock the front gate for security. The whole property is fenced. Visitors who are not familiar with the island should be advised that there is a lot of driving involved to reach recreational activities. Therefore the central location is key. Why stay at a hotel for 150.00$ per couple per night when you could have 5 couples for that price in my home?

Owner Description
Year Purchased: 2007
We are a young local couple who have both grown up in the islands. We work professionally as registered nurses. We have a deep entrepreneurial drive and found a beautiful 15 acre property that we put a 5 bedroom ranch style home on. We have been certified organic farmers and raise goats and cattle. We love to travel and love the water. We currently are first time parents of a lovely 3 year old daughter.
Why the Owner Chose Ahualoa
Tim grew up in the area and we live down the street from the property. We love the tall eucalyptus trees and the forested gulches. This is a perfect location midway between the busy towns of Hilo and Kona. The nights are cool and comfortable.
