The Sunrise Beach House offers something for everyone who enjoys being in, on or near the sea. Enjoy private activities including the exploration of the nearby intimate private island beach formations known as The Schooner Cays, and their magnificent untouched coral island reefs and their kaleidoscopic of underwater scenery.
Guests are invited to learn to dive and spearfish with native locals. Whether they want to windsurf, kayak, row, sail, or pick up a picnic lunch and set off on a boating adventure around the Cape, our friendly and knowledgeable staff will get them ready to go and share a few pointers and favorite secluded spots to visit.
Powell Pointe’s signature Admiral’s Package, truly the best way to experience the Caribbean, includes many water sports and day excursion activities, though there are other packages available based on your clients’ vacation plans and desires.

It is a wonderful place with its own beach and just few steps from the ocean. This house is a very high quality accommodation with its own kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and excellent room service. It is clean, well maintained, and quiet with amazing view of the ocean. You would feel that you are spending time on the secluded private island rather than being a part of the resort. However, if you are very cosmopolitan and still want to enjoy cappuccino with cheesecake in the morning and lobster in the evening, no problems. In fact that was my routine for during my staying there. A high quality dining with a range of great local cakes is just one minute walk. And, of course all the fun with snorkeling, fishing, etc. are all there.

You are right our full service Bahama Coffee Company restaurant features 4 pages of menu items beyond daily fresh baked Bahamian breads, desserts etc...We often get and feature fresh fish, grouper, snapper, wahoo, tuna etc from the local fisherman, conch and lobster too.
