This is a unique 4 BR/3 BA Spanish style home. Great for 2 families to share, one large family or someone who likes lots of space and privacy. There are 2 separate master bedrooms each with own private bathroom, king size bed and large deck with unobstructed views of the Sea of Cortez upstairs. The downstairs all opens onto a private courtyard with a fountain, covered patio and lots of foliage.
There are 2 bedrooms downstairs surrounded by palms and opening onto the private courtyard. One with a queen size bed and one with 2 single beds that each share a bathroom. There is a very large equipped kitchen with attached great room with a view straight out to the sea also opening onto the courtyard. There is an outdoor shower, table to filet fish and washer and dryer on the premises too.
This is one lot back from the beach but there is nothing built in front of the property so there is unobstructed access to the beach. Just like being on the beach but not having to pay extra for the location. The Hotel Spa Buena Vista is just steps away with a pool, swim up bar, restaurant and spa amenities. Straight in front of the house is a beautiful pristine beach complete with hot springs in the sand along the shore at the waters edge which you can feel bubbling up under the water.
We can provide you with info for boat captains, maid service and catering. There is also a small tienda within walking distance for ice, cold beer, and snacks. This is an awesome Spanish style house with easy access to most everything. You don't want to miss this one!
