The ad for my villa said it had a "million dollar view" - it's right on the marsh with big open views from the upstairs deck off the master bedroom or the screened in porch off the living room. I recently had it renovated and professionally decorated - hardwood floors, granite countertop, new appliances, furniture, etc. Heron Point Villas have a community pool and are a short walk to the tennis courts. Comes with bikes for your use and an amenity card so you can have access to restaurants, other pools, tennis, fitness center, horseback riding and all the other island amenities.
