The ad for my villa said it had a "million dollar view" - it's right on the marsh with big open views from the upstairs deck off the master bedroom or the screened in porch off the living room. I recently had it renovated and professionally decorated - hardwood floors, granite countertop, new appliances, furniture, etc. Heron Point Villas have a community pool and are a short walk to the tennis courts.

We have views from 2 porches of the expansive marsh. Walking distance to pool and tennis courts, not far from the beach. Seabrook is gated. The beaches are never crowded. Wonderful place - with an adorable shopping center 2 minutes away.

The villa was wonderful. Very spacious and tastefully decorated. A definite must...drinking your morning coffee on the screened in porch, peaceful and lets you cast all your cares away. Views of the marsh and marina are great and it's just a short ride or walk to the beach. Our usual summer destinations are Hilton Head or the Isle of Palms but Seabrook Island has them both beaten, hands down. Definitely will be back!!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

We just came back from this property after staying for a week!! I have to say the villa is just beautiful!! It's very coinvenient to everything and it was only a 30 minute ride into charleston! I stay at alot of places all over the coast and this is now one of my very favorites! I will definetly be going back! The clubs are marvelous and Freshfileds village is a great and resaonable shopping center!! I love Newton Farms the grocery!! The owner and propety manager of this rental went to great lenghts to assure we had everything we neede!! The linens were exceptional! I would suggest a larger bed in the master bedroom though. Agian, a favorite of me and my family!! Thank you for letting us use your glorious home!!!!
