This property is a three story, three bedroom (plus enclosed carport), three bath town house.
On the top floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom (with tub). Next to the master bedroom is the second bedroom with two twin beds. Both rooms have wall mounted flat screen TV's. On the second floor is the living room, dining room, full kitchen and the second bath (with shower). The bottom floor has a third bedroom with a futon bunk bed (with a queen bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top) and the family room area has a foldout queen size sofa bed and a third bathroom (with shower). This area also has a full size upright freezer for bait and ice storage.
This unit is located on the preferred ocean side of Key Largo. You will have free use of the yacht clubs boat ramp in the marina (boat slip rentals are almost always available). There is a beach area with chairs, chaise loungers, chickees (a structure with a thatched roof on a log frame) and tables. You may take a short walk from our unit (or rent a golf cart from Hot Rod Golf Carts @ 305- 453- 0553 and tell Alisha that Bill Cameron told you to call her) along with your cooler full of refreshments and relax in the sun, enjoy a picnic or watch the sunsets from the private jetty.
If you are bringing children we also have a playground located just outside our backdoor next to the pool or just sit back, relax and watch your kids play and swim in the saltwater lagoon also just out your back door.

Year Purchased: 1988
About the owner: My Father was Born and raised in Miami and The Florida Keys (I Bill Cameron was also Born and raised in Miami and in The Florida Keys, but my wife, son and I now reside in Kodiak, AK.). This home was our father's pride and Joy. I hope all renters enjoy the love my mother and father have put into our hearts and into our second home! Rest In Peace Dad.
