Accommodations:  3 Story Townhouse, 3 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 3 Baths (Sleeps 8)

This is a three story, three bedroom (plus enclosed carport), three bath town house.

On the top floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom (with tub). Next to the master bedroom is the second bedroom with two twin beds. Both rooms have wall mounted flat screen TV's. On the second floor is the living room, dining room, full kitchen and the second bath (with shower). The bottom floor has a third bedroom with a futon bed (with a bunk over it) and the family room - which has a foldout queen size sofa bed and a third bathroom (with shower). This area also has a upright freezer for bait and ice storage.

This unit is located on the preferred ocean side of Key Largo. You will have free use of the boat ramp in the marina (slip rentals are usually available). There is a beach with chairs, chaise loungers, chickees (a structure with a thatched roof on a log frame) and tables. Walk from your unit (or take the four seat golf cart) along with your cooler full of refreshment and relax in the sun or enjoy a picnic. Ride the golf cart out to the end of the jetty and enjoy watching the sun set with a glass of wine.

If you are bringing children we also have a playground next to the private pool. Sit on your balconies and watch the kids and adults play and swim in the lagoon.
