Why the Owner Chose South Seas
We traveled to Marco Island with our children and it was love at first sight. Our family loves to vacation on Marco Island. As our retirement years approached, we decided to purchase our share of Sun Fun Paradise on the fabulous Crescent Beach of Marco Island.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Sun Fun Paradise indeed. We love beach walking and shelling. The best part is breakfast on the balcony. The view is so wonderful. We could spend the entire day there reading books and watching the sea gulls and pelicans. Marco Island also has lots of great restaurants and fun outdoor bars. Bike riding and tennis are available.
Shops & Restaurants are within walking distance of condo.. There are so many Restaurants on Marco I can't begin to mark them all
Watch a good movie at Marco's unique 4 screen movie theater. You can enjoy anything from a cold beer to a full meal.

We so enjoyed your condo on Marco ~ it was lovely and the view just spectacular. It was a relaxing vacation for us, met some wonderful people, dined at very nice restaurants and saved room on the rainy Sunday for me to do a little "shoe" shopping in Naples.
