  We booked 3 nights, and ended up staying an additional night. There was so much room for the kids to play, and more than enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably at night. It is a short distance to Heavenly on the California side, and the closest grocery store about 2 miles away. Jeff was a pleasure to work with, and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend their place to another group. CHEERS!

  Stayed three nights over President's Day Weekend. Kids and adults were very comfortable in the house. Ideally set-up for two families with kids. Located convienently between Sierra Resort and Casinos. Owners are easy to contact and provide information. Could not have asked for a smoother rental process.

  Recommended for: Families with young children.

  Great up to date home off the beaten path. Owners are very pleasant to deal with and very prompt in their responses. The vacation home and owners are the exact combo that one looks for in a VRBO listing. This home is not over rented and you get a true feel that you are in a home and not just a house.

  The property was very clean and well maintained. The unity had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. Nearby Heavenly. The owner was very helpful with the information about the property. We had a very good time. We will be back again.

  Wonderful House with plenty of room (s) that allowed the kids and grandchildren to play without disturbing "grandma" and "papa" upstairs. Big kitchen and the "great room" were a hit when it was time to get everyone together to watch the Olympics. We will definitely return if it is available next year.

  This is a great house with everything you need for a family vacation. It has three huge full baths and four large bedrooms that contain king or queen beds. All appliances, electronics, kitchen and bathroom fixtures are top notch. The entire house including the two large living spaces is nicely furnished. The owner is easy to work with and answered all my questions quickly. Also, I liked the ease of being so close to Pioneer Trail which gives you the option of avoiding traffic on Lake Tahoe Blvd.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing.

  Very nice house with modern amenities, nice kitchen with a big table, good for groups. Despite the lack of snow, our group had a great time and this place is conducive to hanging out. Updated DVD selection would be nice BUT there was Gattaca and sometimes Gattaca is all one needs. Would definitely stay here again as it was close to Heavenly and town, but still quiet.

  This is a very modern and very comfortable and spacious home. There were ten of us staying here and it sucked us all up and still felt very large. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and the bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious and comforting. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a great place to stay in Tahoe.

  I'm a repeat visitor - I've made this my birthday weekend destination for the past few years. It never fails to provide everyone a great experience whether you want to lounge around, cook or venture out into the wilderness of Tahoe. What I love about Belle Tahoe: > it's modern and luxurious > the open space of the main living area (everyone can hang out together but not feel cramped) > the kitchen is spacious and allows for team work Overall - this place is a perfect place for a social gathering!

  We had such a great time with our family during our stay at your beautiful house. It has been about a month since our stay and our feet hit the ground when we returned home. It has been non-stop since, so our relaxing few days there was very appreciated. We would love to return again in the near future. You have made this home so welcoming, it has a relaxed elegance about it that I and my family really enjoyed. Thank you once again for letting us enter earlier on the day of our arrival and giving our family such a rewarding experience.

Additional information about rental rates

Reservations are only confirmed and dates held once the 1st payment and signed rental agreement are received. To receive a rental agreement , please send us the name as it should appear on the contract (must be same person who is paying) and their cell phone number. We also welcome reservations made using the 'Book It Now' request (a full rental agreement will still be sent to you for signature).

Fees:

• Refundable Damage Deposit: $300
• Cleaning: $120
• Tax Rate 10%

Cancellation policy:

The house is ready for your vacation, with all sheets and towels provided, as well as having a fully equipped kitchen with dishware, spices, etc. El Dorado County has specific rental laws and requires that we have a signed rental agreement, which we will send you after booking. This signed agreement and a copy of a government issued photo ID can be scanned and e-mailed back to Jeff & Jessica. Terms include: (a) Guests: The maximum number of Occupants is 14 people, a breach of which shall result in forfeiture of payment and eviction. (b) Parking: The maximum number of vehicles permitted is 4. Two parking spaces are available inside the garage and two parking spaces are available in the driveway. During snow conditions, no vehicles may be parked on the street or extending off the driveway. In snow conditions, 4WD and/or chains are recommended due to ice on Jack Bell Court. (c) Illegal Drugs: There shall be no use of any illegal drugs by Tenant, Occupants or Visitors in or on the grounds of the Rental Property. (d) Trespassing: There shall be no trespassing on any neighboring property at any time. (e) Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the house or garage. Any evidence of smoking in these areas can and will result in forfeiture of Tenant's security deposit. Any additional costs to clean and/or replace any damaged items and items smelling of smoke will be charged to Tenant. Neither scented candles nor incense are to be used at the Rental Property. (f) Pets: No animals of any kind are permitted at the Rental Property. We try to keep the house in great shape for you, and we do perform a full cleaning between every rental. Check-out instructions are: (a) clean all dishes, pans and utensils and run the dishwasher; (b) remove all perishable food items from the refrigerator and other kitchen areas; (c) make sure that the furnishings and grounds are in the same state they were at Check-In Time; (d) bag all trash and place it in the trash bins provided; (e) lock all doors and windows; (f) place all keys and garage door openers in the key receptacle. A $200 rekeying fee will be charged if keys and garage door openers are not returned; (g) vacate the Rental Property by the Check-Out Time. Late check-outs will result in extra rental charge.

100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
