I'm a repeat visitor - I've made this my birthday weekend destination for the past few years. It never fails to provide everyone a great experience whether you want to lounge around, cook or venture out into the wilderness of Tahoe. What I love about Belle Tahoe: > it's modern and luxurious > the open space of the main living area (everyone can hang out together but not feel cramped) > the kitchen is spacious and allows for team work Overall - this place is a perfect place for a social gathering!

Very nice house with modern amenities, nice kitchen with a big table, good for groups. Despite the lack of snow, our group had a great time and this place is conducive to hanging out. Updated DVD selection would be nice BUT there was Gattaca and sometimes Gattaca is all one needs. Would definitely stay here again as it was close to Heavenly and town, but still quiet.

This is a very modern and very comfortable and spacious home. There were ten of us staying here and it sucked us all up and still felt very large. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and the bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious and comforting. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a great place to stay in Tahoe.

We had such a great time with our family during our stay at your beautiful house. It has been about a month since our stay and our feet hit the ground when we returned home. It has been non-stop since, so our relaxing few days there was very appreciated. We would love to return again in the near future. You have made this home so welcoming, it has a relaxed elegance about it that I and my family really enjoyed. Thank you once again for letting us enter earlier on the day of our arrival and giving our family such a rewarding experience.

This home was everything it was described as and more! We were a group of twelve spending the weekend in South Lake Tahoe to snowboard, ski and just enjoy good times together. The home was impressive from the start just driving in to the driveway. It has a very spacious kitchen/dining area great for a large group like ours to cook and eat comfortably. The three bathrooms were perfect for the number of people in our group. A few of us were able to enjoy the luxury of a jacuzzi in the master bedroom! Overall a very clean, well kept home that we were fortunate to find! The owners of this property were exceptionally nice. They were easy to contact via email, and responded promptly. They kindly offered to help with any other questions we may have had about our trip to Lake Tahoe, suggested local eateries and activities to consider around the town. We were basically there to ski/snowboard at Heavenly and so they gave us a heads up about shuttles to and fro, and weather conditions when the time came near. We also used their recommended ski rental shop Rip'n Willies. Rip'n Willies were just as nice and helpful. We are definitely looking forward to another trip to Lake Tahoe and will definitely want to stay at their beautiful home again!

On behalf of my extended family, we all really enjoyed this beautiful, clean, comfy home. The open and bright living and kitchen area make for family "all" together time but there's also a comfy, cosy living area downstairs. Kitchen and living rooms have it all. Bedrooms have very comfortable beds. Bathrooms are large and top of the line finishes. Jeff and Jessica went above and beyond with communication and information regarding the property, our stay and also providing us with recommendations on restaurants and activities.

I would strongly reccomend this property for a family or extended family to stay. The house is beautiful, clean and well accomodated. The kitchen is clean and modern and the bedrooms are all quite comfortable. We were very happy to have stayed there.

Belle Tahoe was a perfect place for the family to gather for our daughter's wedding. The room was sufficient for all of us to be together, and for the little ones to have room to roam. The bathrooms were great for getting ready, and the beds were comfy. The kitchen and great room accomodated a lot of folks comfortably. The downstairs family room made a great escape as well. The area is very quiet, and it's centrally located for any activity...close enough to everything, but not in the midst of everything. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

I've stayed at this cabin the last two times I've gone to South Lake and it's by far the best! Great location, very quiet amd just 10 minutes from the main strip. Very roomy, clean, and a great kitchen with all the amenities. The long kitchen table was great for dinners and family board games. The beds are comfortable and the walk-in showers and jetted tubs are AMAZING! The owners provide all the information and resources needed for a great stay in South Lake. We will definitely stay in this cabin every time we come to South Lake.

Wow, Wow, Wow!!! My family and I just returned from a fabulous weekend at Belle Tahoe!! This place is beautiful and very roomie!!! The kids had a great time sledding down the hill on the side yard. I've stayed at other rental properties and this home was by far the best! The owners were very helpful and accomodating, we can't wait to return! Belle Tahoe was the perfect place to celebrate my 40th. A dozen friends joined me at this beautiful house for a long weekend of skiing, relaxing, cooking and eating. The layout is perfect for a group gathering - very spacious and well decorated. We made some amazing meals in the fully equipped kitchen - it has everything you need and more. I assumed that the house wouldn't have decent wine glasses (or enough) so I brought my own but I was wrong - there were plenty. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable - the beds are awesome too. The bathrooms are absolutely beautiful and luxurious. I can't say enough about this wonderful home and my perfect birthday weekend! I'll be back!

My family and I were very happy about Belle Tahoe! It is a great house in a great location and owned by great owners. We flew in all the way from Guam to celebrate my birthday and Christmas and had such a great time. The house is a lot bigger then the pictures you see and is very nice; they have, a spectacular kitchen (we cooked up a storm!), luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was great! We had access to internet so we were able to Skype with family on Guam. We were so sad to leave, but we'll be back again. Jeff thanks so much for being there for us! Your friends from Guam love your home!

The pictures don't do this cabin any justice, you have to see it to believe it! 3 indoor hot tubs, 3 beautiful showers. This place is absolutely beautiful and worth every penny. Which the price is perfect for the luxury you get. I would highly recommend anyone staying there.

We can't say enough about how much we love your cabin. It is absolutely spectacular! Reasonable rates with all the amenities! Felt just like home but with all the ambiance. It's especially perfect for our families because we had kids and the seperate family room downstair works out great! We were very pleased with everything. It was such a great experience, we'd love to come back in the future!

Everything about this rental was great. From the initial communication with Jeff and Jessica, to getting my deposit back within a few days of my stay. As the previous comments have stated, the house was gorgeous. It is close to brand new with basically everything you need. What I really appreciated is how spacious the house is. Many other Tahoe rentals I've stayed in try to fit as many beds as they can so they can advertise a 1,200 sq ft property as sleeping 10 people. However Belle Tahoe had tons of free space in the great room, den/family room, and even the bedrooms and bathrooms. My only regret about the house is that I didn't stay in much to actually enjoy it. I'll definitely consider renting again.

We had a family vacation in South Lake Tahoe, and we stayed at this cabin. It was a great place! The size, convenient location, cleanliness, accommodations, 52-inch LCD TV, BBQ grill, and other fine features of the house met our expectations. We definitely had a very positive experience, and would definitely return and rent this cabin again.

This house is brand new and absolutely fantastic. The pictures really don't do the bedrooms or bathrooms justice - miles of gorgeous granite and big tubs. It's especially great for families with kids -- we had all the kids (and their stuff) stay downstairs, where they had their own family room/TV, etc., leaving the upstairs kitchen/living room area neat and quiet for the adults to enjoy. Houses of this size, quality and location generally go for considerably more money. We will definitely be back for ski season!

I'm glad my first time renting out a house in Tahoe was with Jeff and Jessica at their beautiful house in South Lake Tahoe. The trip was for me and my cousin's birthday and the house was the icing on the cake!! Trust me when I say, the pictures don't do the house justice. The kitchen was to die for and was the place all the girls mainly stayed. They provide all pots, pans, utensils, dishes, seasonings, you name it. All that is needed is your food for the trip. The kitchen was really a joy to cook in!!! The only thing that worried me was the carpet in the kitchen. We were sure to keep all spills to a minimum and those that hit the floor were easily cleaned up due to the convience of Safeway being only 5 minutes away. The boys enjoyed the gorgeous living room that had a huge LCD tv, iPod dock, and movie selection. I was bummed the iPod dock didn't fit my iPhone but it was able to fit my friends iPod. Each room has a bed that will make you feel like your sleeping on a cloud and to make things even better, the bathrooms were luxurious and beautiful!! Even though there was no kids with us, they still had a large selection of games and toys. The only downfall of the house was the lack of blinds for privacy. I understand the house was just finished so Im hoping that's on their to do list = ). Overall, the house was amazing and Jeff and Jessica made the experience easy. They had no problem meeting me in person and were available everytime I called with a question or concern. The house got 10x better once we realized how close Heavenly was. Our trip was ended by a 5 minute drive to the Lake to enjoy the gorgeous scenery of the three colored lake and snowy mountains. Oh and my comment about the privacy is very minor considering the big distance from our neighbors. Thanks Jessica & Jeff!! It was amazing!!

We’ve stayed in multiple places whether part of Stanford alumni outings or Cisco work retreats and none can compare to the greatness this place has to offer for the price. We wanted to make sure we could stay in a place that afforded convenience (close to Heavenly, downtown eateries, and city services) and maximal comfort (big comfortable beds, big fireplace, big flat panel TV, spacious bathrooms/showers/soaking tubs), especially with my wife being pregnant. We felt particularly spoiled because the house had literally just been built and furnished with brand new “everything”.It had the perfect balance meeting all of our modern needs while making us feel as if we had “gotten away from it all.” One thing we particularly liked was the fact that the house is situated at the very end of a dead-end street in the woods where there was only one other house immediately adjacent to it. The house lent itself to incredible socializing opportunities with the spacious kitchen (with amazing island), dining room and family room blending into one enormous community lounge. My wife and I would recommend this place above all else.- Matt and Giovanna
