36 Spartina, a 4 bedroom/4.5 bath home PLUS carriage house with another queen bed, is the perfect rental for multiple families vacationing together. This beautiful home is located in the Camp District and is literally a stone's throw to Camp Watercolor and right across the street from the Camp's soccer field and fishing pond. As soon as you walk through the front door, you will feel a sense of calm and relaxation as cool undertones of sea blue and green surround you. The living room features beautiful white leather sofas where you can relax while watching the flat screen television mounted above the fireplace. Off the living room is a screened in porch where you will find yourself making smores in the 2nd outdoor fireplace or simply enjoying a quiet Watercolor evening. The kitchen with its soaring ceiling is a chef's delight with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, gas stove-top and stand alone icemaker. The home features plenty of bedrooms to accommodate large groups. The first of two master bedrooms is located on the first floor. It features a king bed and mounted 32 inch flat screen television. It has a private bath with dual top vanity and beautiful, spacious stand-up shower with multiple shower heads. Also located on the first floor is a guest bedroom with a queen size bed, its own attached handicap accessible shower and a 32 inch mounted flat screen television. Upstairs you will find the second master suite that features a king bed, 32 inch mounted flat screen television, private bath with tub and shower, and its own private screened in porch. The second floor also has a bunk room with four full beds (individual mounted televisions), large closet, in-room sink for nightly freshening and a full bath across the hall. Another screened in porch with a ping-pong table and an office nook with desk and wireless printer round out the second floor. A spiral staircase leads to a soaring tower room that is perfect for evening sunsets or for a kids TV and gaming headquarters. The carriage house with its private entrance has a king bed, full bath, kitchenette, breakfast nook, and its own washer and dryer.

Spent a week there recently. Huge place with everything you need. Very open floor plan, but has a lot of places to hide away and relax. Love the "turret" that provides wonderful alone time or play space with nice vies. There's a carriage house over the garage. This place is perfect for an extended family get away. Watercolor is very well designed and has a great vibe. Seaside is right next door and there's a lot to do in the area. Great access to the beach and swimming pools. Loved it. Ready to go back.

My family and I stayed at 36 Spartina Circle over the holidays. The house is gorgeous and it is actually much larger than the photos would lead you to believe. It is literally just steps away to Camp Watercolor, where our kids would run and play on the perfectly manicured soccer field --it is so green it looks like turf, but isn't everything in Watercolor perfectly maintained? Much to our surprise, the pool at Camp Watercolor is heated and it stays open later than all of the other pools in Watercolor. The Camp is also great for the kids. They made crafts and played games, plus it gave us some adult time. This house is also in Phase 2, which means it is just a short bike ride or walk to the beach. There are also tons of nature trails for hiking and a pond just across the street. The kids enjoyed fishing there instead of going down to the Boat House. It is also conveniently located near the Publix grocery store and our favorite Watercolor restaurant, Pizza By the Sea. It is also easy to get to the Town Center and Seaside. Really, in terms of accessibility, it is close to everything! And I almost forgot to mention the tennis courts. The clay courts are awesome and just a very short walk away. I highly recommend this house. The price is right and you won't be disappointed. It is probably one of the best houses we've stayed in down at Watercolor --and if you are a regular to the area, you know what high praise that is. Enjoy your vacation.

My wife, daughter & I stayed at this house for 7 nights at the end of December. We had a great experience. The house is very roomy (pictures are deceiving). It is a gorgeous home in a great area. The community is very safe and great for walking, running, bicycling, etc. There's even a large walking path around an outdoor field with soccer goals only a few hundred feet from the house. There's also a nearby community heated outdoor pool. I strongly recommend renting this home for your next trip to Florida, especially if you have never been to the Watercolor/Seaside area. I know we'll stay here again!
