This is a brand new residence. It contains a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment completely furnished on the main floor (and a two bedroom 1 bath on the the upper level), nestled in a very quiet community which has many different nationalities present. Canadians, Americans, Brits, Dutch, Greek and of course Mexican. The house is 2 short blocks N of hwy 200, a very short walk to almost everything, restaurants, public transportation, night life, antique stores and another couple of blocks you are at the beach. There is plenty of water as we are on municipal water and a cistern for back up. Lots of water pressure for showers. I have installed a pressure tank that is set at 65 psi for a fantastic shower, lots of hot water.
The pool is four feet deep throughout with stairs at one end, lots of pool side area to lounge in or if you prefer a covered patio to enjoy a cold beer or just relax. There is a nice strip of manicure grass along the one side of the house bordering on the pool deck.
The kitchen is done up in typical Mexican motif with yellow and blue tiles on the counters. There is a 36" flat screen TV with star choice satellite just in case you have taken all the local scenery and activities.
Great transportation 2 short blocks away to Puerto Vallarta, La Cruz and Marina, Punta Mita, and Salulita..

Why the Owner Chose Bucerias
We have hunted for the ten years trying to find a winter vacation home that had lots of sun sand and ocean. There was always something not quite right. We came to Puerto Vallarta on a holiday. Met a fellow named Alberto Garcia and his wife Laura. Alberto is a expat Mexican moving back home after spending 20 years in Canada. We become immediate friends and as Alberto was starting up his small construction company we put the plans together for him to build us a house. The construction went along with out a hitch. Can you believe many extras thrown in just because it was nicer better or looked better at no cost.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The biggest unique benefit we are enjoying at our new property is the friends we have found and made, down here. The expats and locals have made the decision to move here an absolute no brainer. We got the sun, surf, sand but found something even nicer great friends.
