Fabulous 2 bedroom apartments in brownstone building near Metropolitan Museum and Central Park. New furnishings, queen beds in all bedrooms, full sleeper sofas in living rooms. There are three two bedrooms in this building, calendar reflects when all three are booked.
Full kitchen with dishwasher, a/c in all rooms, internet and cable. Terrific alternative to a hotel, live like a local in the heart of a very nice residential, popular and convenient neighborhood in Manhattan!
Please send the dates you will be traveling and the number of people who would be staying, we will let you know what we have available and the rate. Terrific location for families!
Rates range between $250/night to $375/night dependent on time of year, number of people and length of stay. $75 cleaning/laundry fee. Rates INCLUDE tax! $400 refundable security deposit assuming no damage.
To reserve, we request 20% via credit card to our PayPal account to hold the dates. The remainder plus $400 security to be paid via check due 4 weeks prior to arrival, or via PayPal plus the cc fee. Cash upon arrival for last minute bookings - but we do get filled up so don't wait for last minute bookings! Security is refunded within 10 days of departure assuming no damage.
