This large home is a great relaxation place for your family. The large back deck has great ocean views and you can also see the sun set over the bay. Our home is located on 83rd Street oceanblock, about 200 feet from the beach with easy access. Our street is very quiet with three other single family homes. Your family will be within walking distance to many great restaurants mini-golf and other activities. The bus stop is a short walk away and you can ride all day for $2.00. The enclosed basketball court is in the back yard with visibility from the back deck. The large second floor deck has ocean and bay views. Enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower when you come off the beach- it has hot and cold water. It is suitable for two families or three or four couples.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We choose to to buy this in this location because it is about 30 minutes from our home and we grew up playing and having fun on this beach. Our parents and grandparents had fun here when they were growing up also. Even though we are only 30 minutes away when you enter Ocean City it all ways feels like you are on vacation.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Ocean City is a very family oriented beach community. There are many families that visit here year after year. We like that there are wonderful restaurants and place to sit out on the ocean and also the bay. The street is very quiet and relaxing.
Owner's Map of Private Homes
Our family rented this home in 2004. We enjoyed staying there so much that when it became available we purchased it. Both of our children 24 and 21 years of age love spending time there and enjoy bringing their friends. This is our summer home and we rent it to friends and family.
