A house right on the beach! Enjoy beautiful sunrises from the large deck. Beach access is at your front door, with a private trail through the dunes to the soft, sandy beach.
This charming classic beach house has plenty of room for family and friends. The main quarters on the second floor have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has two full size beds. The kitchen, living room and large dining area are surrounded by windows with an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico and South Padre Island’s pristine beach. The lower level of the house (accessible through a separate outside doorway) has 2 bedrooms, bathroom with a shower and a half bath. Each bedroom has two full size beds. There is a full size hide-a-bed couch in the main area of the upper level and lower level. The lower level has a small deck and beach access. The house has a one car garage, washer and dryer and ample parking area.
